Kara is so sweet and nice always makes me feel so welcomed when I come. She deserves a raise she is always busy when I come cleaning equipment etc. Treating people with respect. I really enjoy coming to planet when she is there.

They make black card members sign in on a paper, giving your name, phone number, home gym, and why you are visiting this gym... Why are you guys wasting your customers time? Plus employees were rude when asking me to sign. Been to countless PF locations across the states, never have had to sign in on a paper.

Regarding "bio man" in ladies locker rooms in previous review... how would the person leaving the review know? Was he in there? It's a fake review.
I've been to this location many times. It's a good one. As for transgender people working out there... PF has an inclusive policy. They make it super clear. Don't like it? Go somewhere else. or use the private changing rooms, like I do, because I don't like ANYONE seeing me naked.

I think in light of everything that’s been goin on in the world, and with happened recently. They should definitely have a male and female worker on duty at all times. And one female at night hours is just crazy to me

Planet fitness never disappoints me either it’s workout area or shower or lounge area

My son has been using my membership, i didnt think it was a big deal, he's been going for over a month and has taken friends with him but tonight he was stopped by the red headed female after he scanned in and then she ask him my information. Kind of suspect but then I realized he was with his AA friend and that explained it all. I went up there about 10 minutes later and all she was doing was smiling at me and wouldn't speak to me while the male worker spoke with me as I cancelled my membership. I gladly would get him his own membership but after seeing her and how she was acting. Id rather spent 35-50 a month thats not employing people who only see the color of someone skin. In this day and age gyms come and go! Losing a loyal customer of 10 years what a shame!
