In my recent experience, I visited the store to inquire about purchasing a coolant temperature sensor, manifold gasket, and spark plugs for my 2017 Buick Lacrosse. I was assured these items would be available for pickup the next day at 1:55 pm, so I paid in advance. However, upon my arrival the following day at 2 pm, the parts were not ready. After a 45-minute wait, I inquired about my order, only to find out they had been in stock the whole time, and no one bothered to inform me.
Due to my financial constraints and the responsibility of being the sole provider for my pregnant wife and two children, I cannot afford costly workshop repairs. Consequently, I booked an appointment with a mobile mechanic. During the repair process, we discovered that the store had provided the wrong sensor and gasket, which were incompatible with my Buick Lacrosse 2017. This led to an additional two-day delay in getting the correct parts.
However, I couldn't afford to wait for two more days, as I couldn't take a day off work. So, the mechanic had to refit the engine with the same faulty parts, leaving me in the same situation. I lost my savings for the car repair, but the issue still persists. I had to pay the mechanic $350 for his time and expertise, adding to my financial burden. It's disheartening to think that the money I paid went to waste, and my car remains unresolved. I hope they can rectify this situation and understand the impact of their oversight on my life and finances.

In addition to the aforementioned issues, I must highlight the frustrating experience I had with O'Reilly after I initially complained about receiving the wrong parts. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they argued that the parts were correct. To support my claim, I provided references from other businesses that confirmed my belief that the parts provided were incorrect. Only after insisting did O'Reilly ask for my car's VIN number to verify the information. Unsurprisingly, they discovered that I was indeed correct in my assessment.Despite this confirmation, I have yet to receive any further communication or assistance from them. It is disheartening to see such unprofessional behavior from a company that is supposedly reputable. This entire experience has been infuriating, to say the least. O'Reilly's initial refusal to acknowledge their error, followed by a lack of contact or resolution, has only heightened my disappointment and frustration.I sincerely hope that O'Reilly takes immediate action to rectify this situation and address the inconvenience, loss of time, and additional money I had to spend due to their mistake. As a customer, I should not have to endure such a prolonged and unsatisfactory experience when seeking resolution for their error.

First time shopper at O'Riley's. Walked in and said hi to the two young associates at the counter. Found some interior carpet cleaner, various wet/dry sandpaper and Turtlewax brand tar and bug cleaner. Took it to the counter and evidently the service guy was having problems with the cash register software. So he took me to another terminal and charged me $60+. He was acting strange, but I was glad to just get out of there. Once in my car, I looked at the receipt and immediately realized I was charged for 3 turtle wax bug and tar removers instead of 1. I went back in the store, my man was at the original register. I told him he charged me for 3. He looked at the receipt and said Oh yeah. He spent a good 2 or 3 minutes screwing with his register and then went back to the second regisyer, where I paid previously and returned with $8, said thank you and walked away. Since the turtle wax cost $6 plus change, I went back to the 2nd register where he currently was and told him it still wasn't right, he only gave me $3. He immediately smiled and said, oh darn. I must have given you 2 singles instead of 2 fives. My bad. It was so shady. I got the rest of my change snd high tailed it out of there and I'll never go back. Totally felt like I was being scammed.
