Huge downgrade in services since I last visited - they've completely closed down their copy, print, and lamination center and force you to either do it yourself or schedule a drop-off and pick-up for your lamination job to be done. Just go to FedEx, where they'll still have humans available to do your jobs right then and there.

Good choice to keep the printing kiosks. I love them. I don't know what I'd do without them. I'm rating it lower because they have virtually no selection of appointment calendars.

I strongly encourage Office Depot to hold some training classes on basic customer service. The level of disrespect I received as a customer at their store is insane.

Logan and Grant made the order/custom print job super easy!! Professional, courteous, respectful, and was taking care of business nonstop. I would drive to that location for the customer service experience alone.

Mike and Nathan are awesome when it comes to printing. They are very knowledgable and make sure everything is done right. Can't recommend them enough.

Sam and mike were so helpful. I needed copies, sam helped me out greatly and showed me an easy to do it yourself way. Got my labels and stamps from mike up front, such good customer service. Don't just buy these guys lunch to celebrate, give them employees of the month too!
