Had a fantastic express oil change experience. Being a Monday, I was a little cautious as to the time that I would have to wait originally, but my worries were not a problem. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and in about an hour I was back on the road. I felt this was pretty quick. Service that I know will be done right unlike the quick service oil change place I used to frequent. Friendly and knowledgeable service associate Hunter was on top of it. Excellent job!! Thank you for the top quality experience.

Had a great experience here this past Friday, had a 3:30pm appointment, was promptly great by advisor Slagle. Vehicle was done being serviced by just after 4pm. Way to go Feldman.

I called several times over two months and I was repeatedly told the system was down or given another reason I could not be scheduled for an appointment. I was told “someone” would get back to me. I never received a return call. I finally went into the Woodhaven location in person and got an appointment the following morning. You shouldn’t have to be in person to get a simple appointment scheduled.

I had Chantelle helping me, she was straight to the point and quick to reply to any of my questions or concerns leading up to me visiting the dealership. Chantelle was able to get me my dream car on the spot that same day. Every person I encountered was friendly and helpful. In comparison to the other places I had gone previously, this specific place got the job done when everywhere else had failed to deliver. Can’t recommend this place enough. So happy with the service and even happier with my new vehicle.
