I have been a TJX shopper for years. I am so disappointed in this store. I recently had a return for TJMaxx and they told me as long as I had the receipt they would accept the return at Marshall’s. I returned the item and came back 2 DAYS later and was told that they no longer did returns from TJMaxx. What?? It has been 2 days and the manager who I found to be useless told me she would have to inform the cashiers and the other managers. Mind you my friend made a simile return the same day with the manager of the store 2 days prior!!

The store was extremely busy today being a Saturday and the line was longer than I have ever seen! The cashiers were amazing! There were 3 registers open and I only waited in line for 10 minutes. The cashiers were very efficient and friendly. I was very impressed.
