“Stopped in to get something I don't usually buy for someone else. Didn't see on the shelf and was about to walk out. Was asked by the gentleman behind the counter if he could help me find anything, and I almost made the mistake of saying no thanks. Thank goodness I didn't! I spoke up and told him what I was looking for and sure enough he had what I was looking for! Saved the day!
