Salesperson was very knowledgeable with the vehicle to let you know of all the updates that are inside of the vehicle. The final monthly payment was affordable and overall I was very happy with the deal and continue to do my future business with me Gorno Bros.

Fast, efficient service, clean environment, but need to check if motor underside cover is attached after an oil change, twice mine was hanging to the ground, needed to go back for correction.

Stopped into the service area for them to scan an ABS light that had come on. All to be told that I had to make an appointment and they was booked 1 month out. I explained to the young lady at the service desk that I was just passing through the area. She said, "I'm sorry." So much for helping out traveler's any more.

I recently heard a pop while driving then smoke filled the cab and I got the smell of burning plastic/rubber. I have not driven the vehicle since and called today to make a service appointment. The lady was nice but when she told me they would need the vehicle for a few days I asked for a loaner or rental and was denied. Now normally I understand most issues can go for a while until a loaner vehicle is available but she informed me it was a 4-6 week waitlist. My wife and I work and have a baby so driving the truck at this time is not a safe option to me. When I asked for a manager to help facilitate I got push back. I don’t think it is asking a lot from a Ford dealership to help make an accommodation in this instance. I purchased the rental car option when signing into this lease so I feel Im not getting the services that I pay for. I have had service done here before because it’s closer to home than where I purchased the vehicle and have nothing but good things to say but the lack of help in this matter definitely hinders me from doing any future business with this dealership. In my eyes smoke in the cab and the smell of burning means there was some sort of arch or fire and would be a huge safety concern for me.
