1st time visiting this store. Clean and organized. My 10 year old granddaughter enjoyed shopping there and found herself some cool things. Love when they have half off sales. It was nice that the cashier let me know you about the time frame of returning clothing. She mentioned it to every customer she waited on. I thought she was great customer service letting us know that..❤

Absolutely beyond unprofessional. Wouldn’t refund a broken table when they literally watched it break. Manager and employees were rude and very cold when I tried explaining my situation. I’m actually baffled at how rude they were

Over stocked, hard to find your size because customers hang clothes in wrong locations.

Goodwill is so over price, if you shop there you have to buy a bag or bring your own, purchased three glass items, they had no paper to wrapped them up for me, no paper, no bags, ask you to round up your total bill to make more money. With not being wrapped one of my glass items got chipped, Done with this place.

I purchased two DVDs where one was empty and one was a different DVD. Instead of just letting me exchange for another two DVDs they refused to do anything. I hope the $6.00 you screwed me out of makes up for losing me as a customer.

Goodwill once offered excellent bargains, but it has now become a profit-driven corporation with prices similar to those of major retailers. The store is often disorganized, the staff generally display poor attitudes, and basic customer service amenities, such as folding clothes and providing bags, are lacking. Additionally, many locations do not have restrooms. I strongly encourage people to donate their items to organizations like the Salvation Army, St. Vincent de Paul, or STEP. Goodwill even asked me to donate my spare change. Given the low unemployment rates and the financial struggles many families face, it seems audacious for Goodwill to solicit additional donations, particularly when they claim it’s for hiring and training employees with criminal backgrounds.

Beware.....found used underwear in a purse and the cashier today 3-6-24 evening was rude af. Store is also a total mess. Oh and you're welcome for figuring out the combination on the pink pos jewelry box :) put it in the trash where it belonged BEFORE the com was figured out.
Also enjoyed their prices compared to the price stickers still on products. Original price 2.99, 5.99 at Goodwill. Dollar store stuff marked 3+. Ridiculous.

I feel like the management here could use some help. The signage on their doors is out dated and confusing and the doors themselves are very dirty. The prices are quite high as well, especially for dollar store items, etc.

Horrible, super expensive and whatever little you have you have to wait for a huge line since the cashiers are talking to customers and deadly slow. First and last time I entered this place, terrible service, I had to wait 20 minutes to pay
