(This isn't my 1st Rodeo) I have had the most terrible experience with your company during my rental because of a car accident. First it took 4 days to get a car because there were no available cars in the area, when I was able to get a car is was available it was priced outside the $30/per day that the insurance company pays. Your agents kept harassing me (I felt profiled) regarding out-of-pocket payments every 4 or 5 days. I spoke with them yesterday they stated that the insurance company stopped pay as of Friday (2/16) but they have not received the entire payment of $900 from the insurance company. I sent an email to my agent yesterday stating what the enterprise agent Julian told me. Farley (whom I have never spoke with) stated he spoke with the insurance, and they advised him they did not owe anything else. I called to get an understanding of what I owe so I could and what the insurance company still owes, MINUTES after hanging up with Jillian and the insurance company calling Jillian advising her the committed to the entire $900. Farley sends a rude text message (313.405.7458) to my husband stating that if we do not have the car there TODAY by NOON we will be placed on the DO NOT LIST. This is rude and unnecessary I had already advised Jillian I would be turning in the car tomorrow, because if I had to pay out of pocket I would rather rent with Avis because I am a Preferred Plus member and they do not treat their customers like this. I only asked for a day to make sure the insurance company committed to what they are supposed to do. I already have to pay for today. I do not appreciate Farley threats and rudeness. It was not like you have not received any money I had paid close to $500 out of my pocket and the insurance company committed to $900. This message will be placed on every site I can google so that other people will know what to expect from Enterprise.

I have experienced nothing but professionalism and great customer/communication from this specific location. I have another enterprise that is actually closer to my residence but I prefer this one simply because of the quality of service. Thank you for treating me with dignity and respect.

*edit*Jillian and her team took care of me, so 4/5*edit fin*$100 deposit required for "incidentals" on a rental through my insurance after a car accident.Oh, butThey don't take my debit card and have no possible work around without having my mother who lives in Florida be physically present with a card with her name on it.Useless!

They were in very good communication with me after I reserved the vehicle leading up to the rental, and leading up to the return.The staff was friendly and efficient. I will rent again from here next time I need a rental.

I made a reservation online and it let me select the vehicle and everything. On our way to the pickup the vehicle at their Monroe location they called and said they didn’t have any vehicles to cover my reservation and that was it. I had to jump on the phone and call theirWoodhaven location that said they had one vehicle they could get me into. Ok that is fine but when during the inspection of vehicle opened the door and was hit with a strong marijuana smell. I told the agent that somebody had been smoking marijuana in the car and the smell was horrible. At this point I just needed a car so I took it. On my way home I tried to connect my phone and use the radio but the touchscreen would not work either. The next day on our way to a funeral a warning came over the dash and say routine required maintenance. I let the agent know and was told to take vehicle up to their Monroe location and pick up another vehicle. Spent the first 3 days of this rental trying to get marijuana smell out of the vehicle and returning it due to warning. They did nothing for our inconveniences. Would not recommend.

The people at this location are the best. I received a text message from the manager checking to make sure everything was going good with my rental. I've never had that happen before. Great job ?

Not only were the employees helpful, but also kind and great attitudes. Car was clean and no issues whatsoever. Definitely will be using Enterprise and this location again. (First time using this location, and renting in my my name instead of a company rental)

We were recently in Michigan for our son’s surgery and needed a car to get to and from the hospital. Jeff, when finding out what we were in Michigan for contacted the manger Tyler who was so helpful in accommodating our needs with our rental return. They were both so professional and really took good care of us. I would have no reservations renting a car from this Enterprise location.

Very professional and helpful not to go without mentioning the girl at the counter is very easy on the eyes, wreak your car just to see her...lol...but overall great team and management is excellent
