Outstanding customer service! Jacob is personable, kind and extremely knowledgeable. He will take the time to talk with you to understand your needs. He will also make sure you fully understand what was wrong with your computer and walk you through the solution and answer any and all questions you have. He will explain everything in as much detail as you need. He truly cares about what he does and his clients. You won’t get this kind of service, knowledge or experience at most other computer stores especially big box stores. The price was very fair. I would highly recommend ECS for your computer needs.

My wife Linda and I have been customers of Electronic Computer Services for over 20 years. We have had computers repaired and have bought computers from Jacob and Tim over the years. The virus protection that they represent(Webroot) is by far the best virus protection that I have ever used. We have had no issues with virus since using it. Recently Jacob repaired/updated a Lenovo computer that I bought from them several years ago. Jake went above and beyond with the repair and the cost was very fair.

Knowledgeable and professional, superb customer service. Explained everything that was needed to bring my 9 year old desktop back to life. After service was complete and we were back home, the old p.c. was resuscitated and like new again. Best experience I've ever had from a computer service provider.

Called for help for my Mac computer. They couldnt work on it, but, they were very very helpful and kind. I think the persons name was Jacob or Jake. He was very kind and offered to help me even though he doesn't work on Macs!

An issue my old service place said would take 3 days, ECS identified it in less than a minute and fixed it while I waited in 30 mins. I recommend calling ahead first, but otherwise a great PC service business

Jake took the time to see what my grandson did wrong when adding Ram to the PC. Not sure what he did wrong but Jake diagnosed it and cleaned it up. Downriver this place should be your Go To PC repair, and trouble with any pc questions. Great people, was wonderful speaking to them. Treated my grandson wonderfully. More than rated a 5, if it was possible.

I am very pleased with Electronic Service's work. I accidentally deleted some files while trying to use windows recovery. They were able to remotely access my laptop, and fix all of my mistakes. I'm visually handicapped, and I cannot drive. This was a big help to me. I had a driver issue regarding a detection function, and they were able to fix it. My wife & I have had Electronic Computer Services install Samsung solid state hard drives in both of our laptops, and they both run beautifully. Their prices are very reasonable, and I feel they know what they are doing. I highly recommend.

Jake from ECS built me a high end machine for gaming computer which works perfectly. I use / recommend the anti-virus from ECS as it is much higher quality than what you get at the basic consumer level. The anti-virus is bundled with end user support which is great.ECS also built and currently supports my parents computer. My parents who are not techies in any stretch of the imagination need the support from time to time. The remote support sold with their anti-virus solution is a great value.

Great people, great work. I had a cracked touch screen. They found the replacement parts, ordered it,m and fixed it within a few days. My computer is back up and I can get back to business. Thank you ECS!

Took my 8 year old Lenovo to Tim and Jake to have it checked, unfortunately it was DOA. While talking to Tim about a new one he said he could build me one that would make my Lenovo "look like a turtle" ... in 2 days I got a call from Jake to come get the new computer. Tim was right, this thing is so fast and is loaded with all the goodies, and the best components. I would highly recommend the guys at ECS ... THANK YOU Tim Huddleston and Jake Huddleston ...
