“Updating to take away a star due to phone service. I’ve called at various times of the day, on multiple different days, attempting to reach different departments. I’ve never once had someone actually answer the phone. The line rings and rings until disconnecting.
I always receive great customer service, I almost always find what I’m looking for, and even when it’s very busy, check out is fast.”

“The store was extremely busy today being a Saturday and the line was longer than I have ever seen! The cashiers were amazing! There were 3 registers open and I only waited in line for 10 minutes. The cashiers were very efficient and friendly. I was very impressed.”
“Love this stores selection on baby’s clothes and women’s clothes. They have a wider selection of Nike than other close by locations. They have a Sephora and an Amazon return center as well. They have friendly staff and a clean atmosphere.”
“Early this am before work I looked online to see if they had the Pregmate 50 strip count pregnancy tests, and this store had "6 in stock". So I left a little early so I wasn't late to work (it's been a long pregnancy journey and these really give me peace of mind), I got there and there were none is stock... a very helpful young lady helped me first. She said they just got in today, but had to have someone else come by to assist. Either way, just 5 minutes later, a male employee brought me the Pregmate bag... I am SO thankful for the quick and early help when they're very busy this time of year. I truly wish I got the two employees names that helped me, but ever with something so small, this made my day and my Christmas. These employees work so hard with little recognition. Thank you!! “I love this Meijer! You can usually find me in here! Friendly staff, good location and easy to maneuver around! The reason for the 4-star is because they don't always have the things I need in stock! But that seems to be the norm everywhere these days. Otherwise, this is a great Meijer and my go-to!”
“For a Walmart, this store is very clean. The employees are very helpful and kind. As it is only a medium-sized store, they lack a few things I have seen in other stores, most notably a decent plus sized clothing area, but I prefer this store over others in the vicinity.”

“I bought a rug and chair today. The ladies helping me were wonderful. They were hardworking to get the rug down and rolled up as well as help me place the items in my vehicle. My only regret was not getting their names because they deserve recognition. Thank you Homegoods employees!”
