“Great experience! Especially dealing with car shield. I give them 5 stars ? on that part alone. I needed my car serviced and they took care of it quickly without any issues. Side note I left a personal property item there over the weekend and it was still there on Monday when I returned. Please support your community businesses because big corporations do not see you as a person but just another dollar to add to their billions.

“Just had my truck at Jacks, 4 days ago replaced my rack & pinion. I picked up the truck within a few hrs of working on it. Upon paying the bill ( which was minimal) Moses informed me my one of my wheel bearings was going bad. I told him I would get it repaired soon, but as my luck goes it went really bad quickly. I called them and talked to Moses again about the noise and stuff that was happening, he told me to bring it up and they'd look at it. I did and he took me right in immediately and diagnosed the problem even showing me the problem. 2 hrs later he did the job he quoted me and the truck has NO noise at all and is driving great, needless to say Jacks does great work, I would highly recommend this place to everyone who wants a great mechanic!!”

“I was on an accident my insurance declined my claim. I needed Supermax Collision to treat me fairly. They did more than that. They replaced my axel. They also put all my air bags back in place. I just needed my car to be drivable. I have had my car back for about a week, my car is working just fine. Would highly recommend Mike the owner, he is very honest. Price was very fair.”
“Overall, especially being my first experience buying a vehicle online, not too bad. If I were giving this review on Janelle alone, it would hands down be 5 stars without a negative word to be said. As a whole, a minor bump in the road as the vehicle I wanted was still in the shop (with several red flags) was resolved quickly. They have an excellent selection and decent to good prices. I feel the overall process, especially at the beginning, could be a bit more efficient - maybe monitored a bit more or handled more expediently. However, all’s well That ends well. “I unfortunately backed into a parked car and was devastated, and embarrassed too. The owner of the car I hit immediately went to Uptown for a quote and made the decision to have them fix it. I had no experience working with Uptown, however, I was really happy with the price. Upon picking up the car, we were amazed at the incredible job that they did!
