Wendy’s like this one is why I forgot about McDonald’s. These shift managers at Wendy’s just do it differently than McDonald’s. Like I don’t get wrong orders, my food is hot and I’ve never been served a burger than looked sloppy like it was smacked together in 20 seconds.

Logan was very pleasant to interact with. Very polite and respectful. Y'all need more workers like Logan to staff the establishment. I have never had a bad experience here but he offered conversation while handing my food out to me and you do not see that very often.

Thursday Jan 18 around 12noon I ordered 2 son of a bacconator with extra onions sandwiches and they were totally gross.My regular drive thru lady wasn't there.The bacon was almost non existent and what was there was only on top . It was a soggy under cooked mess. They must have had a new cook or substitute because usualy their jbc',s are excellent with crispy bacon.I spent close to $14 for 2 gross sandwjiches. I could have had a nice large Dominos pizza for that price.They even forgot the cheese.This Wendy's used to be my go-to place but now it's back to Culvers.

Didn't order from here through Doordash since last October when they effed up an order so bad, they were taken off the doordash menu. Until today, thought maybe things have changed, but I was wrong. Missed an item on my order and you can't just get it delivered and that effin' blows. I'll never order from this poorly managed and poorly trained restaurant ever again. A simple thing to do is double check an order before you seal a bag is common sense, guess that's too much to ask of someone.

When I called, "Moeasa" is I think how you spelled her name, got very rude and argued with me. I asked if there was any option to drive up and get a replacement and she replied "I already made the food" and refused. I ordered 30$ in food and recieved less that 10$.

I am a spicy food lover so the (new) ghost pepper fries are a fave. I recently tried the nacho chicken sandwich ; it was okay but I prefer the ghost pepper chicken sandwich.
