“We've been seeing Dr. Coleman and tech Heather since the practice opened. We are on our second rescue cat and find their care to continue to be impeccable. They're super relaxed, kind, genuine, and treat our family so well. We love how they present us with lots of options and price points for care and also make sure we don't feel pressured to go one direction or another. Another thing that we love about this practice, they call and follow up after they've given shots or new meds just to check in and make sure everything is going as expected and see if you have any questions. I often feel like my cat has a better healthcare provider than I do.We had to put down our very much loved 15 year old cat. Heather and Dr. Coleman thought of everything, they gave us an impression of his paw, allowed us to hold him through the entire visit and were there for us physically and emotionally as we had to say goodbye. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Coleman, Heather and his office. I am immensely grateful for their love and kindness to us and our fur kid in his last months of life. They are simply the best.Dr. Coleman and his staff go above and beyond for their furry patients and their human parents. They remember our cats name when he arrives, have taken time to learn his personality and give him tender compassionate care. Their prices have been fantastic and we love that they have rooms devoted to kitties. Our cat is so relaxed there, he lays on the floor. We plan to continue on with care there as long as we have pets.”

“Amazing! Amazing staff and I’m so great full!Here’s my storyI took my dog to emergency medvet at midnight as she was yelping in pain and getting worse and we were so scared. I’m on a fixed income so I only had 200 dollars with me. Safe to say medvet was a terrible experience misdiagnosed her with a leg injury and wouldn’t even give me a complete estimate as they said I can’t afford itI was so defeated and anxious thinking it’s gunna be thousands and safe to say I was an emotional wreckTHEN I FOUND VETXNot only were dr Shultz and her amazing staff able to get me in that same day even though they were full they diagnosed her with a slipped disc and prescribed her medicineMy baby girl beans was yelping every time she moved and could barely walk more than a couple steps.Today after her second dose of medicine she’s walking around the house and only whines a little bit when she gets up or lays downHighly!!! highly recommend vetx!!! this vet is compassionate and cares about the animals! “I started taking my dog here I believe it was last year. His main doctor we see is Dr. Hunt, she is super sweet and kind. I have had really bad luck in the past with vets but she would get on the floor with my dog and seemed like she truly cared.This past Thanksgiving though I noticed my dog had what I thought was a skin tag on the top of his head, but it was growing which I thought was weird. I was able to get him in very quickly which I really appreciated since I was worried it could be cancerous. She looked at Milo and took a biopsy and said she would call me back with results, she ended up calling me back the same day and went over all my questions and gave me advice as well. The vet clinic was actually closed at the time she had called but she didn't make me feel rushed at all over the phone which I really appreciated. The biopsy in house came back and she thought it was a wart, but we had decided to go ahead and do surgery to remove it in case it was something else.The doctor who did his surgery was Dr. Hermann. I have not met Dr. Hermann in person, but she also has been nothing but kind and helpful. I have called multiple times after Milo's surgery with questions and concerns and other symptoms that have come up since his procedure. And she has been nothing but helpful. I had concerns with Milo drooling excessively and I noted that to the front desk staff and they were going to add it on to his appointment to take his stitches out. When I asked if it would cost extra I asked them for Dr. Hermann to not worry about looking at this extra symptom because I have been short on money. But she ended up looking at him anyway for free!But once again my dog had more issues and I ended up finding what looked like a rash on his neck. Dr. Hermann said to just send her a picture through their email and she "diagnosed" and treated right through the email at no cost.I could not be more grateful for these doctors!! I truly feel like they care about their furry patient's that come in and that I could not be any more grateful!”

“I urgently needed to get my kitty in to see someone on a Friday and my vet was out of office that weekend. I didn't want to go to an ER vet or someone who wasn't recommended. I must have called 10+ local vets & mobile vets & no one would see us. I called Milford & Debbie didn't even hesitate, said they would see us, took our info & told us to come right in. I believe they ended up staying late for us & everyone was so compassionate. Dr. Clark was just amazing & so kind! I had to go back the following week & office staff there that day was just as pleasant! I can't speak to the other docs on staff but Dr. Clark was just great, & Debbie & the other staff that we encountered were all so nice & accommodating!”

“Just had our cat spayed. Been coming regularly for our dog and always felt like the service and care was top notch. If you’re getting an animal fixed opt in for the laser it’s worth it! Such a clean incision and no stitches, my cat has been doing great and not bothering the surgery site. Highly recommend them for spay/neuter. Sure you pay a higher price but I couldn’t get an appointment booked with any humane society for months.”

Its always easy to schedule for appointments and is taken care of very well. Coco has a sensitive tummy and the doc recommended a brand of kibbles and that is the only thing that worked, we get that from him too! Would recommend this staff for all your vet needs.”
