Very rude and unprofessional, the head cashier/teller was very rude and unprofessional. I was asking for assistance and information as far as to send out a package that already had paid for the labeling tracking and everything. Her name was Kathy demanded that I had to Purchase a whole roll of tape or I can just go home and tape it myself and bring it back, never had this issue before I find it ridiculous the way that I was spoke to, and the fact that I had to spend almost 5 dollars on a roll of tape when I only needed one piece this will be the last time I use the services could’ve simply accommodated paying Customer,

The folks I have interacted with inside of this location have been kind and efficient! Can't say the same for the man in the mail truck who decided to shout at me for exiting the parking lot the wrong way. I was pulled over far enough that other cars were still coming in easily, but if you want to block the ENTIRE entrance to stop and scold me thats your prerogative I suppose.

I'm glad I'm moving and don't have to deal with this USPS this lady likes to act smart by finishing your words for u in the most opposite way possible I don't know if she thinks she's funny or thinks she a mind reader but she should go play tarot cards for work not mail lady at front desk

Dora (black female clerk) and Kathy (white female clerk) absolutely hate their lives. They make fun of almost every customer . I took my autistic son in the wixom USPS to drop off some letters. Dora asked my son “What is wrong with you?, can you please stop?” When he was talking out of turn . My son has audio problems , and she threatened to call the police if I didn’t tone him down

The old white woman that works the counter at this location is awful. She is rude to every customer that comes to her desk. She absolutely hates her life and she displays it to each and every person while we all sit and wait for her to bring our day down a little bit.Don’t dare ask her to buy any stamps, shipping labels, or even just questions in general. She doesn’t respond well to those situations.

The employees are friendly, helpful, and efficient. There is sometimes a wait because often there is only one person working at the counter, but the line moves quickly enough. I've never had a bad experience here.

I use the drive up drop boxes and the delivery times are horribleI dropped a payment going to Ortonville, MI into the box on 10-24 and it still has not arrived.Update :: Just got a text it arrived today 11-3. I dropped it in the box which is right out front of the office, on 10-24. It's post date 10-30. 6 days to process and send. Snail mail indeed.

I was incredibly disappointed with my experience today; short and sweet, the associate said “duh duh duhh” from Carlos Mencia as I was walking away calling me retarded. The USPS can pull videotape from todays recording, and I do expect a callback on how you can relieve the situation. I did not at all appreciate the discrimination for I am disabled. Yes, I completed a phone survey as well.

The old lady with the ponytail and glasses was very rude when i asked her a question about shipping. She had this arrogant demeanor like i was supposed to already know the question or i was bothering her by asking her a question. She needs to stay in tbe back sorting mail. Not up front dealing with customers. Better yet replace her with someone who enjoys working because that lady is horrible at customer service.

Horrible customer service! I paid for an express delivery which was NOT delivered by the promised time of 6pm the next day AND it was fraudulently scanned as “business closed” (which I did notify the postal inspectors of) but it was addressed to a residential address. The man at the counter, (black guy red high top fade), was very rude and speaking loudly over me when I was trying to explain what the supervisor at the receiving post office instructed me to do. I was told to take my receipt to any post office to get a refund and the young man at the counter rudely stated that they had fulfilled their end and I would not get a refund. I will never use the postal service again for anything. I was able to get a refund by having my bank reverse the charges, but I should not have had to do that. You can’t force someone to pay for a service they didn’t receive. I knew the postal service was hurting financially, but there’s no need to stoop to scamming the customers for a few dollars.

I really need somebody to help me. My mail has had to continuously be put on new holds for almost 3 months straight now. I paid to have my lock change and get new keys for my mailbox. My mailbox is literally located in front of my home and I can’t even get my own mail for three months now. When I go into the office, the people at the front desk just tell me they have no answers, they have no help or assistance for me, and they do not know who is in charge of this in order for me to contact them and get some assistance. I’ve got no help over and over time and time again. Also, when you call the phone number that is listed for the Wixom post office, it just rings for 10 minutes and disconnects you. I tried this on several occasions with no one answering, with no message machine and literally getting hung up on.This is the most terrible customer service I’ve ever received. I need somebody to help me. I need my locks and my keys that I paid for three months ago to be done and over with so I can stop driving all the way to the post office to get my mail several times a week.
