Typical UPS center of your stuff is there is easy but they lost more than one package on me and in the end they both were there all along.

Overnighted an important package! Choose UPS because I believed they would be trustworthy! Someone at the Wixom hub stole package. One of the items in box was my daughters AirPods and with in 12 hours of expected arrival date, the AirPods no longer were paired to her phone. Which meant someone unpaired them! Shipping was $130. It was refunded. First they denied my basic $100 insurance reimbursement. After fighting with them, they are finally giving the $100. I’m still out about $200 more dollars plus the inconvenience, plus the fact that my 18 year old daughter has been in a different state without her purse, drivers license, debit, AirPods, wallet. Reshipped all the items I had to rebuy the USPS and they arrived to my daughter! Shame on you UPS! If it was lost..that’s one thing, but stealing within your own business is ugly and the way it’s been handled is ugly! You lost a loyal customer

Can't get through because the automated service won't register my tracking number! Tired of computers doing human jobs! I absolutely hate UPS and will never ship from again and will never order from someone who uses them! My package is supposed to be here tomorrow. It's literally 5 minutes away from me as of 1am and now it says there's a delay and won't be here til Thursday!?!? STOP USING COMPUTERS TO ANSWER THE PHONES!!!!!!!!!!!! Literally the worst service ever!*UPS...I did actually! They told me to call the phone number that was giving me issues in the first place that I can't even get an actual human on the phone! So try again!

want to charge me to hold a package at the distribution center. I am happy to pay for my gas to be able to pick up a package but UPS wants to charge me nearly &8 dollars to hold the package at the distribution center that is close to my wifes office. when did it become a charge. I understand if the delivery needed to be sent elsewhere or even a drop off location but the distribution. Come UPS are you really that greedy. Well you can send the truck out to my location three times and I'll pick up the package for free....

Stopped by a UPS store to send a package. Was told it was cash only because all UPS store locations had an issue with their credit card machines. So I went directly to the UPS Center and was extremely happy. Service was great, fast and less expensive to ship my package. I will be going here from now on to do my UPS shipping.

My package arrived while I was home and I could hear clear as day that the delivery driver did not walk down the 7 steps to my apartment, but instead chucked it from top of the stairs at the door. Surprise surprise....the item was shattered. This UPS location needs to seriously work on retraining their lazy drivers.

Did not deliver my boxes 3 days in a row due to “severe weather” so I called to pick them up and the guy was very helpful however he told me I would have to pay an “additional handling charge” of $8 for each package upon pick up …this is absolutely laughable and completely disappointing to the point of if a seller is shipping ups I am going to purchase else where … nice reply by the way yeah I will waste my time finding YOUR company on social media to re-explain my situation. Look at my attached pictures. Why even carry the package around if you aren’t going to deliver it lol going on day 4 today we will see what happens.

Staff is rude. Management does not represent customers... only staff. Treated very poorly by this location management and they refused delivery to our home even during a medical crisis. Had to drive out to their facility.I spoke with delivery staff and let them know they are ALWAYS welcome to our home. Whole situation could have been resolved if management was trained properly. Hoping this honest review does not cause new issues now with delivery to our home and farm. It’s a shame you have to live in fear of your deliveries being held hostage by a company. If you can use Fed Ex or Prine... use them instead! Manager stated he conducted an interview with a neighbor(?) but NEVER reached out to me as the homeowner. Beware !

The Customer Center at this location is always very accommodating. I had a unique need regarding delivery of an item that was actually scheduled to arrive too early for my daughter's birthday - I was able to pickup the package here to prevent spoiling the surprise since the package revealed what was inside. This type of service is one of the many reasons why I'm a huge fan of UPS. Well done!

Valerie went above and beyond to help me locate my package this evening so that it wouldn’t get lost in the winter storm mess in TX right now. Showed up with a package and just missed the morning cut-off for shipping. The fellow at the counter re-opened and took my package. I really appreciated that thoughtfulness. This employee is a credit to UPS. He made me think that UPS is a first-class company which cares about its customers.
