I love working with United Rentals! I work for a animal shelter and we've had major HVAC failure but Doug and his team are always quick responding and looking to keep our animals comfortable during the heating seasons and the cooling seasons with great equipment! I can tell that they care about the customer and more importantly the animals in our care.

Was told by broker They open at 7 am. The website says they open at 7 am. Was "greeted" by a woman that showrd up at 715 and says people show up at 8., and told "that should be changed." Well isn't that obvious. You also shouldn't tell brokers you call for shipment the wrong times for availability. Totally dissatisfied.
