“I may have already left a 5 star review the last time I had an oil change here but they’re that good that I’ll happily leave another. Moe took care of me today and he was amazing! He was fast, friendly, got me in and out within 10 minutes and with a smile. As long as I live in the area, I will get my oil changes done here. “Great customer service
I originally brought my 2019 Challenger in for new brakes in March 2024. Was an easy experience, but after the repairs, I heard noise coming from the new brakes. These guys continued to work on the car until they got a result we were all happy with. I'm sure they'll never want to see these brakes again, but I'd happily bring back my car for any other work that needs to be done. They treated me well and I trust them to get the job done.”

“Stopped in on a very hot day and the guys were nice as could be. My oil change went pretty quickly, they checked all the necessary fluids, tires, etc. and asked if I'd like anything else done. So they checked the air filter which obviously needed to be replaced. No pressure, and it was replaced. A fine experience at a reasonable price. ?”

I spoke with Joe on the phone once she got there and did exactly what what was needed. A mistake was made after which could have happened to anyone. But in my mind it’s how you fix it is what counts. “We didn't end up getting a Lincoln, but I can't recommend Rich enough! We came in pretty late on a Saturday and they were about to close. Rich was one of the best salesman that we've ever dealt with. I mean, we spent a lot of time shopping around before deciding to even get a car and Rich was the best salesman that I've dealt with by far. He also gave us the best price out of all the places we met with. While I ended up going with another vehicle, I will 100% be back to Rich when my new lease is up and I decide to get a Lincoln!”
“Loved that the mechanic was able to record and send me a video of everything from his perspective. Communication was hit or miss but I was able to pickup my car before they closed as they were able to shuttle me over. Sadly when they washed my car (I honestly didn’t even expect a car wash, as I was only getting a part replaced), it warped my license plate frame. Derek was an okay advisor, sucks that it felt like he was the only one working there when I was trying to get ahold of someone. Hopefully better service in the future. I haven’t really had great experiences at any VW dealers, however.”
