Went to pick out our slab of Quartz today and the staff were all phenomenal! Tina, Melanie and Susie were all very helpful, explained everything in detail, helped us find our slabs, placing them on hold, and helping us understand the next steps in the process!! Highly recommend them!!

We have been looking for counter top surface materials in the Grand Rapids area, but since we were going over to the east side we decided to stop by the MSI Detroit location in Wixom. Glad we did!! They had a very nice assortment of natural stone and manufactured stone (quartz). One of the best assortments of granite in the area. Many suppliers have cut back on their granite offerings but MSI had plenty we had not seen snywhere in Michigan. Hannah greeted us and gave us a quick tour before turning us loose to take as much time as needed to look around. Nice system set up to locate samples to pull and bring home. I highly recommend them for selecting your slabs to supply your fabricator.Thanks Hannah!!

We highly recommend MSI Surfaces! We were very impressed by their huge warehouse and they are even in the process of adding to it. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and informative. The have a huge stock of product to view. We worked with Hannah the most and she was exceptionally kind and helpful. She even had a slab pulled for us to view on our second visit, which was so helpful since we live over an hour away. The stone we chose for our countertops is GORGEOUS!!

Hannah was very helpful. Generally, Everyone in the store was nice and pleasant. Was awesome to walk into a place and everyone looked they were happy to be there! Great experience going through with my wife and I'd highly recommend visiting MSI.Lastly, the fact they don't "sell to the public" probably helps public go shop and check out the materials as there's no pushy sales tactics!

Terrible customer service they won’t take responsibility for the garbage flooring they sold…stay away go anywhere but here! See pictures of what happens when you buy “quality” flooring from MSI….RUN!!!!!! This floor started breaking about 6 months after it was installed. I made a complaint they sent out a floor “specialist“ he pulled new ones out of the box looked at them and when he went to put them back in the box, they snapped in his hand, but he forgot to add that into his report they came out and said it was installed wrong, so they just washed their hands of it and it was my fault, not theirs. I had a buddy who had flooring professionally installed and had the same thing happen, these people are disgusting.

I’ve worked with Shaymaa to select my countertops. She also showed me a few sink options which I was unaware that they carry sinks. She pretty much helped me set my house up. She has great work ethic and communication skills. She’s very knowledgeable about products and is very willing to help. She tagged my slabs in no time and was very efficient

Call center stated my chosen slab would be available on my show room visit day. Drove 2 hours only to find out slab wasn't available. Call center and customer service is directed to a foreign country with very limited information. They will tell you visit the show room at any time during hours of operation and your slabs would be available.The actual workers at the Wixom show room are very helpful however. We end up choosing a totally different slab that complements or decor perfectly.

Large selection of slabs to look at but the rude customer service by one particular associate helped us to decide to look elsewhere. My questions were met with eye rolls and very snippy answers. When we were trying to tag a slab, the audible sounds of exasperation was the final straw.

What an awesome place! It felt as if I was visiting an art gallery with all the choices and the displays -- beautiful! My experience at choosing a granite countertop was easy. Hannah was very helpful; everyone there seems so knowledgeable about their products.

Susie helped us with our quartz countertop selection. She showed us several choices and explained everything to us. We areso happy with our choice and can't wait for European cabinets to make our new counter. If we ever have need to replace any counters in our home, we'll definately use MSI. Their many many beautiful selections and help were greatly appreciated.
