The front desk was super helpful and very sweet, the doctor was direct and the appointment overall was very quick! They worked with me regarding my medical records as I brought a disk copy of my x-rays for my chronic pain diagnosis. Would recommend and will be back for renewals!

Brought in my medical note, but it's up to their discretion to decide whether the note is acceptable. Was told my note stating I'm a diabetic with nerve damage was enough and then when it came time to pay was told it was not.Also wasn't given clear instructions on how to use the website to renew my card after paying more than originally told and had to go somewhere else to pay for the process again.Don't waste your money. Look elsewhere.

An absolute crock of a business. They lied to me on the phone just to get me to drive over an hour to their "clinic". Only to find out the info over the phone was lies. Leaving me with a med card and absolute no customer service to help me with the issues I've had. Thieves.
