Go here at your own risk of being scammed by the very people working there!! Just one week ago I received my new IPhone SE and was having trouble loading my E-SIM so I called the 800 number- long story short they told me to go to the store for help. This location on Pontiac Trail in Walled Lake is the closest to my home. When we walked in they were very unprofessional from the start- the one guy was not in T-mobile uniform at all with a duck hat on ( like Elmer Fud in the cartoons) and the other kid was to busy texting with friends to be bothered. The man in the duck hat helped us while making rude comments to my boyfriend whom had bought me the phone as a gift. Within their interaction my boyfriend made a comment about getting me the SE watch to go with my phone- like months downs the lines. The man in the hat put a physical SIM card into my phone and got my phone number assigned. Then the kid who had been busy texting with friends came over and said oh we need to charge you for that activation when we already showed him we paid on line for everything we where there for tech support . We ended up paying them $37 just to get out of there with my new phone. When we got home we called the 800 number and got refunded the $37 they charged us. The rep on the phone notice that an watch had as been added to the account- the SE just like my boyfriend said he wanted to get me in a few months!! With a line added!!!! We reported as fraud and it is being looking into by the T-Mobil corp investigation team, they fully know we DID NOT have a watch just the phone.

I needed a new phone. I told them that I didn't want to spend a ton of money. They steered me in the right direction and I love my new phone. Awesome customer service.

I drive a half hour just to go see Frankie and Joe they are amazing every time I've gone in there they've been very helpful and have gone above and beyond to help me with all the issues I've had with mine and my son's phone I will continue to see them in the future for any of my needs.

When I went in I got a great deal on a Motorola phone under a hundred bucks! Even threw in a free case and screen protector for me. If you're looking for a Metro store to go to this would be the one.
