We did buy windows 10 years ago and they are nice. unfortunately recently we were trying to get quotes on other upgrades for the house with less than great experience. They will not give you a quote for 1 year, they will write it down and then take it with them. There is no integrity within the sales process and it’s like buying a used car. They give you a story about getting your order in on a “big job” to create urgency for you to commit same day. When you don’t, they refuse to give you pricing so you can’t compare with other companies. It’s a horrible experience and process all around, which is a shame because if you do get decent pricing it’s a good product. The sales team does this company disservice and puts a black eye on the whole thing.

I got 2 door walls a few years ago and love them. They are easy opening…unlike my previous ones. Today I am ordering new windows to match. Service has been great! Sales reps are very helpful.

(Wife) Had our front window done. Receptionist was very polite and crew that came out to do the job were kind. The installation crew asked what I thought/if I was satisfied with the job. I did point out a few minor things that they said they'd fix but didn't. Contacted Majic Windows again and they sent out Rick, who assessed the job and had to redo part of it. I was especially pleased how he redesigned the front siding bit so it was stronger in a kid's ball hit it. I'm also happy given that there are some structure issues with the bricks that made this job more difficult.
He was very patient, highly experienced, and answered all my questions. Overall I'm very happy with Majic Windows - I like the products, and when things don't go well or as planned they seem to fix the issue in a timely manner. It helps that Rick/the company seem to understand that in this post-Covid climate finding experienced, detail-oriented crews can be difficult, and they're doing what they can to remedy the problem.

The installation crew just left my home, and I have to say I am VERY pleased with the end result! Joe and his crew were right on time, and worked hard all day! I had 3 sliding glass doors, and 6 windows replaced/installed.
While I had to wait longer than expected for the project to come to fruition, it is the end result that is the most important, and it met and exceeded my expectations!
One doorway frame arrived damaged, but Joe made sure I will get one as soon as possible so they can complete the whole job.
