Ray is the God of mechanics. No, really. He is. I brought him a minivan that was totaled on paper, and this man worked some kind of magic being the mechanic God that he is and fixed this thing up so this mama of 5 could get back on the road within A WEEK. A WEEK ladies and gentlemen. He brought me to tears at his compassion and care for someone he didn’t even know. If you’re like me, and I know I am, it’s hard to be without a vehicle and stressful not being able to run kiddos around. Ray is truly someone I will never forget getting us back on the road. I didn’t have full coverage to make it possible to fix, but Ray worked with me and not only is this thing running, but you can’t even tell it was SMASHED up.

I can't say enough thank yous for Ray and his shop. He gave me a quoted cost of the job on a handshake. He certainly is a man of his word. I highly recommend Wixom Collison!!!

Great service was able to drop my truck off and get it back within a week they took really good care of me and offered me a loaner car while my truck was getting worked I recommend everyone stopping by at Jackson’s collision!!!!

Omg what can I say , I literally just got my car back from them and they worked with me so well, I don’t want to go anywhere else. The first collision shop barely wanted to help me but here….. I even had a ride home when i first dropped my car off free of charge. They fixed problems that weren’t even related to my accident. Also put windshield wiper fluid without being asked omg this by far the BEST SERVICE AND THE BEST HOSPITALITY I’m so glad i did not go with the first collision shop. Thank you all so much I appreciate it especially ray!❤️

After I got into a car accident I had my car taken to Wixom Collision and Mechanical. Wow!! Ray who is the owner there really took good care of me. I didn't have rental car insurance and he really helped me out with an AMAZING deal on a rental car. The whole experience from the staff to the car getting repaired was 1st class. Now I have my car back and it runs and looks like a brand new car. I would recommend Wixom Collision and Mechanical to anyone and everyone for Body work, engine repair etc. Thank you again Ray!!!
