Had to go through the same process 2 times in less than 4 months. Had to up the amount of pull ups. Took 2 months to get it. Then 2 months later if that. It drops down again and then now going through the process again to get more pull-ups. Shouldn't have to do this twice a year or more!!! Not happy with this at all! This is all for my son!!!
Update:
Got a phone call few days after I email that email. And was told something different than what the other people kept telling me! And now its been over a month and half now and still having issues!! Not getting phones calls back on getting more supplies.

It has been 2 months..going on 3. So far, my son has not gotten his medical supplies. I don't think he is going to get them next month or the month after that either, not going to get them this year or next. It seems like this company has no interest in getting my son's medical supplies. J and b was fine until he needed to have the supplies reauthorized by the doctor...three months ago. I think it's time to give up.

My order suppose to get shipped on 11/4/2024. It shows that order shipped but Fedex never got it. I have spoken to customer service and each time they say they created shipping issue ticket but nothing happens. What kind of customer service you have???
I have spoken to following representatives and they provided
useless service !!!!!

Update again:
I've sent a private messages in their portal page and whomever is reading them..does't read between the lines.
So back to 1 star!
They've also said they tried to contact me on several attempts.
My cell phone does not delete missed calls unless I initiated it.
----Ummmm. No phone calls and I verified my phone number to make sure they had that correct. LOL
Update: One of the customer service in a different department just took care of me. So my rating went up one star for that and thank you!
Very very poor customer service. I am in charge of handling my mothers supplies.
I ask for a call back from the supervisor and nothing.
Every time I leave a message on their portal I get generic responses...usually on the average of 5 or 6 days to answer or nothing at all.
This is the prompt that pops up when I leave a message on their portal page...
"Due to an increased number of portal messages, it may take longer than normal to respond. If you have an urgent matter, please consider calling our toll free number (800) 737-0045 to speak with one of our representatives
If I find another company that carries my mother's supplies, I will have no problem switching companies. I've had this issue with them for a long time. And when they ask for COPAY money, they have no problem asking for that and respond to that.

This is a horrible company! They started a new “pharmacy” division (in the same building) yet J&B medical cannot transfer calls to J&B pharmacy. “All they can do” is give you their phone number. J&B pharmacy NEVER answers the phone (I’ve called 14 times in the past 3 weeks) and they NEVER return messages (I’ve left a message all 14 times). I will soon have a medical emergency because they will not respond to send me my insulin supplies (which I am almost out of)
It is surprising that this company has not been sued and forced into bankruptcy for their gross negligence and incompetence. People are going to die from lack of receiving their diabetic supplies and it will be their fault. The 1.7 rating that they have is too high.

Worst supply company ever! I only use it because my son's insurance company makes us. I have been back and forth with them for over a month regarding the shipment of my son's catheters. They keep pointing fingers at his physician but I can see on the hospital portal the physician has sent them all requested info. They say someone will reach out...they NEVER do. It is impossible to connect with them,
Once you connect (after 2 days trying) the are "having technical issues".
My son's diapers are always late. I have to rely on a neighbor with a similar condition that shared their diapers with my family in order to have my son clean.
PS: They dont have time to send the supplies on time, but the can respond a review within minutes: I called, I sent SEVERAL EMAILS, and received an answer that you are too busy. You are shameless

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with!!!! Never on time with my order, call almost every other day for status which nobody seems to know anything. Feel like I'm dealing with village of idiots. I'm looking forward to talking my business elsewhere!!!!!

This company has been giving any excuse not to fill my wound care scripts. Now, after a month of giving me the run around, they've informed me they're not going to fill the script. In their opinion, I don't require the supplies that the staff at the wound center say I need.

Terrible Terrible Terrible!! I've been waiting over a month and now they just told me the prescription for our son's pull ons isn't correct (this is the 3rd time!) They don't contact me at all, I always contact them to just have them tell me they have to review the prescription and that's someone I can't talk to. I talked to one supervisor, and of course he was nice, second supervisor had attitude blaming the Doctors office. Bad customer service, sloooww company!! If you have another choice, don't use jb medical!

Would recommend to everyone for medical equipment and supplies I still give a recommendation to people about j&b it is a good company and have been helpful to me so for me it is still a 5 star company and I would say it also gets 1 hundred thumbs ? up to.

Once everything was straightened out with my account, I received my first order very quickly. Niehli ( sorry I spelled wrong) was an excellent customer service agent. She took care of me and kept me posted.
