Karla was an amazing front desk worker. Not only did she greet us with a smile and a warm welcome, she instantly checked on our room when we voiced our concern for the heater being noisy. She promptly moved us into another suite and her customer service was exceptional. The world needs more workers like Karla!

Newly renovated, clean and cosy hotel! One of the cleanest and nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I travel a lot and stay at many hotels and this one is exceptionally well maintained. Kudos to the management and especially to the staff of this establishment. Rooms are super clean! Breakfast is fresh and very well presented. Pool and the common areas are clean and well maintained as well. Definitely coming back and recommend this beautiful hotel to everyone!Rooms: Incredibly clean!Safety: We felt very safe in the area! Very quiet and yet close to a highway for convenience!Food & drinks: Good breakfast!

After leaving a different hotel because it was disgusting, we walked into the Hampton Inn with no reservations. We were welcomed by the nicest man behind the counter. He found us a room for our stay and then gave me daughters each a bag of chips. The entire hotel was so clean, the staff was friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel with clean rooms. Stayed here for 2 nights. Unfortunately a bunch of dope smoking hippies were having a party in room next to our room. They started around 11 pm and kept it going till 5am.Talked to the day clerk about after the first night and she told us these guests had checked out.2nd night it was going on again, talked to night clerk about it. He was a jerk and couldnt care less. Plenty of other hotels to stay at that will be happy to accomodate working people....Safety: Party/ pot smokers . Could be safety concerns

Was in town for baseball tournament and our stay here was very enjoyable. Hampton Inn standards at its best. This is why I choose Hampton over all other hotel stays. Rooms clean and tidy. Staff was professional and accommodating. Breakfast was hot and fresh. The nice lady working the breakfast buffet took great pride in making sure everything was stocked and clean. Breakfast was very popular and it was busy.Thank you Hampton for allowing me my money's worth and a pleasant stay.

Everything was great! Front desk was amazing at check in/out. Very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good also! Different options each day I was staying. 5 min drive to pretty much anything you need.Rooms: Very clean and mostly updated

We arrived super early, 8am, way too early for check in. Omar greeted us and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. With my plethora of requests, like holding our bags, holding our groceries, even allowed my daughter to use the quiet space in the business office, while nobody was there, and she was reading a book. Definitely great above and beyond service from Omar. Everyone else who works here seems super friendly too.In fact, we’re still sitting here, waiting in the lobby for our room, but I felt compelled to leave this review, without even seeing the rooms.All of the common areas are perfectly maintained and clean, absolute pleasure to be here.Great location, you can walk to Aldi’s supermarket 7 minute walk, restaurants nearby.

Great room, great friendly staff. The door deadbolt in-between the suites (300/2) did not engage and could be open by the adjoining room. I did let Omar know and he offered us a new room. The tp holder was loose and the mattress was hard but the room looked and smelled so clean.Indoor Pool was cold. I love that they use Zero brand shampoo etc. Overall I would return.Update the GM contacted and said that the adjoining door lock has been fixed.

I always have fun with the staff here and they are very courteous to make sure I have everything I need or want for my stay. Hotel is always clean. Rooms are very clean. This is my favorite place to stay when I come to town. I giggle at the negative reviews for this location as those people are obviously nitpicking and don't really understand the many positives this hotel has over others nearby. I've traveled for many years and stayed at many places in multiple countries. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay in the Detroit metro area.

Great place to stay while in the Wixom/Novi area!The check-in process was fast and efficient. They also have an option in the Hilton Honors app. They have the option of a digital key. The hotel lobby is very clean and bright.The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The room came with a flat screen TV, mini refrigerator, microwave, iron and ironing board, hangers, desk with chair, sofa, dresser, bed, nightstands, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion).They also had a decent breakfast of eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, yogurt, bagels, muffins, cereal, juice, etc.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Wixom/Novi who wants a restful sleep!Rooms: Clean, modern, and comfortable. The room came with a flat screen TV, mini refrigerator, microwave, iron and ironing board, hangers, desk with chair, sofa, dresser, bed, nightstands, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion).
