If your selling they are scammers offered what a junk yard would less than the brand new wheel chair tie downs I just put in perfect lift high miles but runs great..taking advantage of a situation very wrong.

They knew more than a week in advance that we were coming to look at a specific van for my grandparents, and they even offered to deliver the van more than two hours away. When we got there to look, there were still numerous repairs to be made....so they asked for a couple of days to fix the issues and make the delivery. We paid a deposit, expecting the promised delivery two days later. During their repairs, more issues came up and their urgency to solve the problems was less than satisfactory. After almost two weeks of unresolved issues, we explained that if we did not have it by the end of the week, we would cancel the deposit and back out of the whole deal. They were unbothered and made no attempt to redirect us to another location or business to help us solve this issue of lack of transportation that was caused by their misunderstandings of the vehicle. When they did not have the repairs made in time, they THEN chose to explain that they 'did not want to sell an inferior product' so they would be cancelling the sale....after we requested to cancel it already. Very dissatisfied with their mechanic and customer service. What's more, when we explained the dissatisfaction, they did not seem at all inclined to make it better.

This is regarding the service department only as I already owned my van. I have been waiting ('for parts') over four months. They have had my van for one month and I have heard nothing. My calls are not answered by anyone. I feel over a barrel as there are not many options for accessible vans to be repaired. And, none are local to me. I wonder if that is why they are so lacking in quality service.

The service was fast, and they were willing to service the lift without an appointment. The staff is friendly. The restroom was a little dirty, and needed some attention.

Well, I've needed Gresham three times and everytime I was treated very well. Each time they had installed hand controls on a car for me. I highly recommend Gresham for their service department and other needs too# :)

We bought a van for my son a month after we got it we called them and told them the lift wasn't working they made no attempt to help us once they made the sale they were done with us its the worst van we've ever had we live in Ohio so we are just stuck with a van that the lift doesn't work on.
