I purchased a 1964 Ford Thunderbird a month ago from GR Auto Gallery, and the experience was exceptionally smooth, thanks to sales manager Chris. The vehicle was shipped from Michigan to Washington State within two days of purchase, and I received it, along with all the paperwork detailing the work done, within a week. All necessary title documents were provided via mail after the vehicle arrived, and the transfer process was hassle-free. This was my first time buying a vehicle that was not seen in person but there were a plethora of videos and photos noting the vehicle on their website—Chris also answered all the questions I had and was up front with any mechanical issues. The vehicle is beautiful in my book! Love taking her out just in time for summer! I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would definitely deal with GR Auto Gallery again. Highly recommend!

Drove 2 and a half hours to take a gander at a refurbished title, and was told they have a no test drive policy, in what world do you prevent a test drive on a vehicle you are trying to sell, LET ALONE a refurbished vehicle, they have a fantastic selection, but that policy is an absolute joke, i walked out without hesitation and will be taking my business elsewhere.
