I started coming here right after the pandemic when everyone was getting haircuts and I couldn't get in at my regular place. Now Fantasia is my regular place.
I've always been happy with my cuts here ever since and everyone is friendly and skilled with what they do. I can always get in when I need to and the location is nearby for Wixom/Commerce/Novi residents. Tell 'em I sent ya.?

My haircut is horrible. The owner told me she couldn't cut the style I wanted. She asked one of her hairdressers and she could.I had a picture of the cut I wanted. Later she said the hairdresser told her how but it's obvious she didn't know how. Don't ask for a point cut face frame from the owner. Also, I asked for my bangs to be just under the eyebrows . Couldn't even do that correctly. They are below my eyes. She blow dried with a big curling brush, even though I said I flatten my hair. She curled the back so I wouldn't know just how much she cut off until I got home and flattened it. Maybe basic cuts are fine idk. But point cut face frames are horrible. Beware

Ended up coming to this salon since Salon Universal in Wixom permanently closed. My stylist, Rachel, was fortunate to have a spot here and it's also not too far away! There's not as much seating compared to Salon Universal as this is a typical rectangular strip mall salon. You can tell it's been there a while but the staff is nice!Service: Haircut

This experience was concering.. So first of all there was cluttering in the tables as sorta seen in the photo. There was hair all over the floor from when they cut the hair, they also only had one nail station and it didnt look presntable. I didnt see the area where they did waxing or the facials etc.. There only appeared as one person working there a russian woman? At the start to another costumer she said she was russian and when she did my hair she claimed she was from Ukranine. I got my hair washed and when she went to put the tower she twisted my hair along with the towel and my roots were getting pulled alot and it hurt really bad. Then she went to dry my hair again and she twisted it and yanked on it and twisted it, it was not delightful. This hair place was and okay experience..

She cut my hair dry? and asked me multiple times what toner was used previously. And the haircut was sub par .

Omg, her Brazilian blowouts are incredible! I drive a half hour to this place bc she does such a better job than any other place I've tried before!

Mellisa did my daughters hair as a Brazilian Blow out and did such a amazing job! She was so kind and took her time to make sure we were happy! I would highly recommend her!

Unfortunately , after arriving and waiting 30 minutes because she was running late, the hairstylist then quoted me $50 more than I was quoted on the phone. Not good customer service.
