You really need to teach your employees proper customer service and respect to the customers they are serving. All so rude to customers, especially one named Grace. She needs to learn how to treat customers with respect or get out this line of work.

I have nothing but complains about the Wixom MI store. Today was the latest in that i was trying to cash in a winning lottery ticket for $200 (well under the state mandate of who can pay $600) and the cashier told me no, she didn't have any cash. The store gladly accepts money to purchase tickets but won't pay out winners. That is unfair and close to being illegal. I have also let my state lottery commissioner know. I have had other issues with this store. The Pharmacy is ALWAYS backed up and i have to wait to pick anything up. Even if there are no other customers in line everyone behind the counter just keeps their head down and doesn't make eye contact. i have purchased (or tried to) sale items only to be told that sale was over and the clerk ripped the sale sticker off the shelf in front of me and would not sell me the product for the sale price. i am sick of this and will not be returning to that or any other CVS store in the future. My Rx's will be xferred elsewhere.

This is hands down the WORST pharmacy I have ever seen. The woman refused to work with me because I am 21. She mocks customers who have issues. I had an issue with my insurance. She kept telling that 2 numbers were different, but not why it couldn't be filled. The man is a straight liar. He claimed to have called my doctor for a prior authorization. He said he talked to a Sarah at the office. My doctor doesn't employ anyone named Sarah. They are also both slow as a sloth. It takes them like 5 minutes to take a prescription drop off. This store is absolutely ridiculous. Never go here.

The pharmacist staff is not friendly and treat you like a number. I have been getting my 2 1/2 year old sons liquid medicine from this locatiin since hes been born. Every single time it gets filled I have to ask for a dropper to give him his meds (think after 2 1/2) years they would know there customers. I have called the 800 number to have my number removed from the reminder call list only to be tricked into opting back in on my last vist. When i questioned the employee about what she was telling me to click yes to (i was told it just a formality). Well guess what it prompted me back in to the automated reminders. When I called the pharmacist to express my concerns all he did was make excuses. I will be going to another cvs!
