“They are helpful, nice, and easy to work with especially for borrowing and paying backloans. Your local branch is there to help you through and streamline processes. Online bill pay is also set up well. Rates are good especially with member 1/2 percent dividends even on borrowed amounts.”

“Vibe is always on the ball and notifies me through text. Usually if there is a problem such as suspicious charge on my account they are quick to correct anything and they used to be credit union and I worked for the company and that’s why I’m with them and they’re doing a great job.”
“I had a problem with unauthorized charges on my account. I spoke with Marielle on the phone and she started the process of getting those charges reversed. When I came into the office to get a new card Marielle helped me again. She was friendly and very helpful.”
“Alliance Catholic Credit Union is the best banking institution that I have ever dealt with. I left Chase for ACCU and I am so glad that I did. Big banks have lost touch with their customer base, but not ACCU. I am always greeted with a friendly smile and I can tell that they know who I am. Lisa, Angie, Kaitlyn, and Scott have gone above an beyond when it comes to customer service. “I have not had a good experience with this credit union at all, had countless problems, had to get in contact with one of the Vice Presidents at one point to resolve an issue. “I’ve been a member with Genisys since I was a teenager (I’m almost 29 now). I’ve always been super happy to have them as my credit union. They really do care about helping you with your financial situation and hearing any concerns you may have. So far, I have not encountered a branch of theirs that I didn’t like. The White Lake branch in particular though really stands out to me because of rep Lauren LaBelle. She is super awesome; not only because she is enthusiastic and really cares about her job, but she’s also a very compassionate, caring and understanding person. I came to the branch earlier today and expressed to her how I was struggling heavily with some financial burdens that I had caused myself and she listened to me thoroughly, never judging me one time. She encouraged me to create a plan for myself, to remain strong and focused; even to find work that brings me real peace and happiness. She truly is a gem. Thank you Lauren and thank you Genisys for all you guys do for me and for everyone! Keep up the great work!”

“had a 600 dollar fraud charge on my debit card from a gift card online store. now zeal is telling my its my problem and that they are not going to do anything about it. thanks for keeping my money so safe zeal. just terrible from top to bottom the way my case has been handled. litterally 5 fraud charges in a row within minutes of each other. all packages were being shipped to L.A. im in idaho.UPDATE: ZEAL MADE EVERYTHING RIGHT FOR ME, THEY APOLOGIZED FOR HOW I AND MY SITUATION WAS TREATED. ALL MY MONEY HAS BEEN RETRUNED AND ALL IS WELL. BEING A 25 YEAR CUSTOMER I HAVE NO PLANS ON SWITHING BANKS. THANK YOU ZEAL FOR TREATING MY MONEY AND MYSELF WITH RESPECT.”
