I came into Big Ray’s for an oil change and check engine light. Everyone was super excited and friendly I immediately felt very comfortable. Al referred me to Gab whom took care of me by fixing my MAP sensor! Excellent experience and I’ll definitely be back. Thanks guys!!

I have been going to Big Rays in Wixom for over 15 years and they continue to exceed my expectations. This time around was no exception. After my routine oil change, Gabe provided some tome-notch, quality mechanic work replacing my brakes, rotors, and repaired a damaged sway bar. He gave me clear, professional explanation each step of the way. He went above and beyond when he got in the passenger seat and did a test drive around the shop when I was having trouble finding the words for the problems with my car. As soon as I arrived they had all the parts and everything I needed on hand so they were able to get started right away. Before I knew it, I was out of there in no time at all! Al was fantastic!! He provided some exceptional customer service and was around to answer any concerns or questions throughout. My vehicle feels like new! Even after moving from Novi to Plymouth, they are worth the commute for any of my vehicles needs because their attention to detail and exemplary work is something money can’t buy! To put the cherry on top, I received cost discounts on their already fair pricing! Understandably, it is my only recommendation for anyone needing basic tune up, oil changes, car repairs, etc. Big Rays is where it’s at!!!
