Jason forced me to buy product that i did not need or want, I got verbally assaulted, and humiliated by him he had orange hair and didn’t even have a name tag there was no reason for him to act the way he did towards me as a customer I am appalled and upset about this I will definitely never be returning to an AutoZone store for my purchases again after being verbally assaulted and made fun of, I had accidentally dropped a package on the floor and he forced me to buy it if I wanted any of my other items. I’ve never had a problem with AutoZone until this occurred I hope others can learn to avoid this employee and store!

I visit here often and have been coming for years. DeVonte always helps me. Great customer service. They are a parts store, so no service such as wheel alignment , etc.. thats what a shop or dealer is for . Please know your make and model of your car. They cannot help you if you don't know your car information . I'm a woman and I know all about my car so no excuses . Read up on your car . They are not a miracle worker ?

Travis and Nathan (Hopefully I remembered their names right) deserve a raise! Super helpful at the last minute... the literal reason why I was able to make it back home across the state. 5 stars would work with them again, ideally under different circumstances!

I literally walked out of this location on account of just hearing the rude condescending behavior Benjamin the store manager was using talking to a lady trying to find a battery for her vehicle. I really can’t believe this person is in a profession where he has to talk to people!

Don't ever go to this location. They claim to have filled your order, charge you for it and then mysteriously its not filled although you have the email and the credit card charge to say otherwise.

Worst customer service ever! Employees are short and rude on the phone. They sold me vented rotors after I told them over the phone and while in the store that I needed solid ones. When I called back up there they were unapologetic about their mistake and also wouldn't stay open an extra 5mins so I could come switch out the wrong parts they gave me for the right ones. I called the corporate office and never received a callback from them. I have spent thousands of dollars at AutoZone stores over the years. They will no longer be getting my service. If there was an option for negative stars that's what I would give them.
