Josh is doing the lords work by having to deal with myself and my family. The branch decor was improved greatly this year when they replaced the eye sore of a missing mini fridge in the lobby with a brand new, working, somewhat stocked mini fridge of water. Studies have shown that 10% more loans are originated when there is a full service coffee bar in a bank lobby - something to think about for 2025 branch investment allocations. Seriously: A big thank you to the entire Wixom branch staff for all of their extra effort, constant patience, and general upbeat attitude. Keep up the great work!”
