Store went down hill with new manager. I used to shop this store all the time but this time the gentleman wouldn’t make swap an empty 90/10 bottle for 75/25. Drove to another air gas up the road and did it no problem. Won’t be back to this store anytime soon!

This store is terrible, I was told they stopped selling tanks of gas to customers! I had just purchased a tank the month before. -Spring of 2023- Very limited knowledge of basic equipment and also very rude staff! I called Purity in Lansing for assistance and was totally overwhelmed with awesome customer service! I would rather my Airgas tanks set empty and buy new ones from Purity……. 2 star rating at most! Airgas please just go away!

I went in to get some CO2 for my kegerator as I had recently replaced two kegs but it was clear that the pressure was very low. Both of the people working in the store were helpful. One person got up to get the CO2 while the other worked with me to ring me out. Both were friendly and jovial and personable (interested in my Jeep, joking about the kegs...). The bottom line is it was a pleasurable experience and I left with exactly what I needed in less than 10 minutes.

Rude.! Are not helpful Whatsoever. Had purchased a half mask/respirator online, was have trouble with it after only 2 months, spoke to Miller electric on the phone before going to there shop, which is a Miller distributor.!! And was told by Miller that ANY distributor for miller can return/exchange for a warranty, one old mer man right off the bat!! NO!! It wasn't purchased here we WONT return or exchange.!! A younger man who was trying to be helpful did what he could. But it really didn't matter at that point the other guy had been chirping in the background most of that time. I said emoji will deal with who I purchased it from at least they will be helpful. Don't go here unless you have ORICE SHOPPED others. This place is more expensive then most everyone else I have felt with.

Absolutely the best place to get your gas and welding supplies in the area! Everyone that works here is awesome and they always have what I need! I drive past multiple other gas supply stores to go to these guys every week!

Both the mngr and his assistant were especially helpful today.5 + stars !!!The assistant even went online & looked up names & #'s of 5 other places that may have the odd part I'm looking for on an antique propane setup item they don't stock & can't order. That's no doubt super great.

Always friendly staff. Took my word today on a contaminated tank of argon and offered to swap for free.
