“Fantastic above five star service! Wonderful staff member Rocky saved the day. My wife managed to pull two out of four tires off the rims by hitting a curb and parked the car in a parking structure where no tow truck would go.All the tire places were closed on a Sunday near Ann arbor except for Firestone. They had two brands of tires that would fit my vehicle. The least expensive 2 tires were going to be 800.00! Just for the tires not including mounting or labor.I called around and luckily found Rocky at Milan Family Auto. I told him my tire size over the phone and he said yeah he had some of those. "Come on over."Rocky had what I needed and took care of me right away for a very reasonable price.It's not easy, if at all, that you find honest hard-working people in the auto repair service industry. In fact, my entire family will ONLY use the guys (family) at Standard Auto for all our vehicles needs. We’ve entrusted their service for quite some time. They have kept my 2008 Jeep running like a brand new Cadillac. A few years back, my engine blew and they took extreme care in locating a sound and reliable replacement. I’ve had no problems since. “They were awesome! They responded within a hour. My bad, I had My phone on silent due to work and forgot to change it back so I didn't hear it when they arrived. I thought they would've knocked on my front door but I didn't know they had a policy against that. But they had tried to call me several times that I didn't realize at the time. They responded to my text and sent the guy right back over and he got my car working right away. So five stars and high five for their office person and tech who responded. “My honda accord was over heating. The first shop I went to said my water pump and radiator was leaking and quoted me over $900 to repair it. I brought it into Mel’s and it was just a leaking pressure hose. Sean was Very honest and I will be sure to use them on my other vehicles.”

“Best towing experience I've ever had. Much better than calling roadside. Came within 20 minutes, was very knowledgeable and personable. I was able to pay with a tap method using my credit card & instantly received my receipt via text message. So I'm assuming you could also pay with ApplePay or GPay. Altho I'm in Washtenaw county, I'll be using Canton Towing & Recovery anytime I need it. Made the most stressful of situations feel like a breeze.”
