Terrible. Please read all of it as it just gets worse and worse. I should have known just by the initial call to set the urgent appt to run. Hung up on me 1st, called me back & halfway through taking my info puts me on hold, another person picks up and starts the whole process over then original person is calling me on another line and says his cordless phone died. Chalked it up as a rough morning. They explained that I had to pre-pay $80 for an urgent appt, but it would be applied to the services provided, but was necessary because they get so many no-shows. Arrived at our appt time 4pm was put in a room and after an hour I went to desk and asked how much longer and got a puzzling look. 5 mins later a tech comes in and awkwardly starts explaining how they will be checking out my pet and they’ll be sure to rule out each thing. Obviously that is why we are there. I felt like this was just to buy them more time. Then this woman squats down with her face in my dogs face (mind you my dog is stressed from being in this room for over an hour already). My dog is not and has never been aggressive, but clearly something was off and she went to nip at this woman’s face. The lady played it off like it was no big deal, happens all the time. Why would you put your face in a dogs face that you know nothing about? Weird. Finally the vet and her assistant come in and tell us we have to muzzle our dog which was fine, but then this woman starts to grill us about when we first noticed symptoms and says it’s not adding up and she’s confused. Excuse me?? Why does it matter when or where or who noticed it. We are here because we are concerned. We decide on a treatment option. We are told to give her one pill 3x a day with a meal. I said “got it, breakfast lunch dinner, easy peasy”. I got to check out. The assistant and the desk girl are whispering back and forth. Strange. I’m told my total, I ask if that is with the $80 I prepaid off she says yes. I get in the car and looking at the the invoice it’s not showing where the $80 was applied. No big deal I’ll call tmr since they locked the door behind me when I walked out. Get home and the prescription bottle says to give her 3 pills every 12 hours which is double what they told me in the room. Ok, I’ll call Tmr to confirm. Call the next day… 5x throughout the day no one answers. Must have decided to not open despite their website saying they were. Call the next day and the guy tells me the $80 was for the appointment. Huh? So why tell me it will be applied to the services if it’s a fee on its own? Then confirms the proper dosage. Bizarre and unfortunate experience. Please go anywhere else with your fur babies.

I couldn’t be more pleased with Noah’s Ark Pet Hospital. I only recently began going there after moving to the area, and my dog had already been diagnosed with kidney disease. The staff and doctors were incredibly compassionate and caring, and went above and beyond to make my situation as easy as possible, without trying to upsell every time I visited, I highly recommend !

went in for our puppy’s shots, we knew our dog was a bit small for his breed, we got him at 4 weeks because the breeder said they were ready and we figured it would be best as they had them in terrible condition. we did our best until his first date scheduled for shots. The doctor was extremely passive aggressive, she made jokes about how well we were taking care of our dog. we then asked her about the skin condition, which she had to google and still could not give us an answer, prescribed a medicine we had to pay for “hoping” it would help and it hasn't yet. She also misjudged his age by how small he was, but never asked us the birth date simply talked over us when we tried to explain certain things. Then proceeded to give us a book titled “dogs for dummies”. although we came to the vet to learn how to give him, in his special circumstances, the best treatment possible and he still had not received it. The two stars are only for the assistant, she was very nice, professional and very helpful. they also do not take walk ins, are rarely open and we will not be back after the last shots due to the doctors unprofessional behavior alone. Although sadly the other workers seem very nice!

The staff and doctor are amazing. We brought our Frenchie Franklin for a puppy visit and everyone got to meet him. Highly recommend! Love the vibe and decor too! 5 stars!

This is our vet, She's one of the many amazing people on the team. They treat our animals just like our child. In my eyes my fur baby is my baby boy ?

You can take your pets here if you want, but if there is a emergency they will deny you at the door. I came home to a non eating non moving around cat. I was denied at door. I had a appointment for my dog that same day already scheduled. They wouldn't even let me switch pets for that appointment. Because they would not let me switch my pets for that days appointment mean they don't really care about pets as much as they do about scheduling. For that reason I will find a new vet.

I have a dog who is not good around most men, and they are always so helpful in making sure we can get inside safely for everyone. They are very friendly and helpful with any concerns and are great with helping keep my dog as calm as possible. Last year we had to put our very old dog to sleep, and they were so lovely and made us a keepsake paw print with her name on it. Very lovely people and very caring.

We were on time for our appt and waited 45 minutes for the vet to see our dogs and she never showed up so we just left. The staff is very unhelpful (and spent most of their time trying to upsell us) and seemed to be more interested in standing around and talking than helping their patients - I felt like I was in a sorority house. Do yourself a favor and find someplace else to take your pets.

It took a long time but it's Becuz the vet isn't in and out she spends a lot of time and is thro in her exam which is also nice unless your in a hurry there a little pricey with the office call $60 bucks I guess I was spoiled by Dr.herman he dident charge an office call if you were getting shots an then if you wasn't it was only $35. Other than that it was good

I became a client with Page Buelher, DVM after I meet her for a second opinion for my dog Lexie who had cancer on her tail in 2020. I have been bringing my pets to her office ever since. Unfortunately, my dog Lexie’s health was deteriorating and we needed to euthanized her. I scheduled an appointment and your assistant asked if I wanted to have her cremated. I told her I was planning on it and she said their office has another company that cremates the pet and I would receive her back in a beautiful wooden box. Then she told me they could make a foot print in clay so I requested one of them too. It was such a relief to have everything planned and ready to go before we walked into your office. I want to thank Dr. Buehler and her staff for their compassion during the time we spent in your office to say our final goodbye. Jenny and Gary Ware

Dr. Buehler and her team are absolutely wonderful! We’ve been there for the basics and the emergencies with our dogs and cats and have always been happy with the time they spend, the care they give and keeping us informed every step of the way.

I don’t think I can praise these guys enough. We had to make the heart wrenching decision to put our old girl down. After going through this process a few months ago for our 15 yr old girl, we knew prices were extremely high in my area. That said. I pass this place frequently. For some reason, it never registered to call them. As my husky was going downhill quickly, I saw this place coming home, called the next morning.Unlike some other places which are quite rude on the phone when asking for prices for euthanasia (some worse when they found out we hadn’t used their office before), this place felt compassionate from the pickup. They worked w us on a date, saying to call in as needed.Made the appt. They helped carry my old girl inside. We had time alone in the room before the sedative was given. They worked w me on Apple Pay (a friend had sent me money the night before to get the ashes back and didn’t have time to pull it out. Thank you guys for working w me). The process went as usual and they gave me a keepsake of her paw print , even carrying it out to the car for me.I can’t recommend them enough. Granted I’ve only, so far, have had 1 interaction w them but it’s made a lasting impression. They made a heartbreaking time of having to put down my ESA and my family’s dog easier. For those searching, as of this date (prices could change and I’m pretty sure it’s charged by weight. Could be wrong.), it was $99 for the euthanasia. $98 for them to handle body disposal. And around 200 for the ashes (most places were asking for around 300). As always, call in yourself to get the current prices. If you’re in the area and looking for a vet, call these guys. To take in a non client like me, to be a compassionate as they were, to have fair and affordable pricing - you’re not going to be steered wrong.

I can not say enough good things about this place!! We sadly had to put our 13 year old dachshund down and our vet was Page Buehler and she was absolutely AMAZING!!! Putting our dog down was not something we saw comming it happened very fast and I had my 5 year old son with me who our dog was his brother/best friend! She was so kind and patient and even talked to our son about what was going on and gave him the option to stay or they could take him up stairs to watch TV gave him a goodie bag! We were there from 10am to 130pm and they never rushed us. They even waited for my father to come and be able to say good bye and hold him one last time! they kept comming to check on us see if we needed anything they came in and explained everything there were going to do! We chose private cremation they said about a week we had him back before a week and the bonus was the adorable memorial paw print they did for us before we left! If I could give them 100 stars I would I will recommend this place to EVERYONE I know!
