“When a business operation is performed so well, 1 or 2 small but confusing issues can hurt a little. I brought my only 4 month old 23 Ford Bronco into Burhop collision to repair some door damage. The shop did an excellent repair job. But my truck was delivered like this (pictured) I wanted to write a lot more of the shops pros and cons, But Google only allows so much here to type. I still gave them five stars cuz all I wanted was my truck back repaired like new, which they did. Still, come on guys only takes a minute or so to hose it down lol”
“I had purchased a used truck in the summer of 2020 that had damage to the rear bumper. I finally was ready to have the bumper replaced in 2022 and stopped in at Classic Collison to get a quote. I was very pleased with the quoted price for the work and really enjoyed speaking with Jenny and Darrell. I had the bumper replaced in August 2022 and could not have been happier with the work. I have more work that I have been waiting to have done scheduled for later this month! I would have to say they are honest, fairly priced and provide quality work. I recommend Classic Collision to everyone I know.”

“I received a text from Brian @ Gene Butman Ford, regarding an outstanding recall (turn signal software patch) I had on my ‘23 Maverick. He offered the service of actually coming out to my residence to resolve the issue on the spot. I had no idea that this was possible! I had just had my 1st oil change service appointment at a different dealer, but was not informed of, nor offered, to fix the issue. So naturally, I replied with a YES! ? I was able to schedule it the very next afternoon (today). Brian was super friendly and got the job done in minutes. Thank you Brian, and thank you Gene Butman!”

“Came on for "The Works" service appointment expecting oil change and tire rotation. Service found many mouse nests and other rodent traces in air ducts and filters, so they also changed the filters and vacuumed everything out. Thanks.”

“I went in to get a windshield chip treated and they were very friendly, professional, and fast! I made an appointment online day of and was taken care of practically immediately upon arrival. The technician was named Christopher and he was very enthusiastic and polite. I felt at peace knowing he would be the one helping me out today. The lady at the front desk who greeted me also was very friendly and welcoming. They had me just sign a paper before getting started and I liked how the paper was laminated and they had me sign with a dry erase marker. I appreciate them having a reusable waver compared to needing to print off a new paper each time. Overall I am really satisfied. I was in and out in no time! It was a little pricy, in my opinion, but for the quality and friendliness of service I would say it is worth it. They said I would receive a survey link in my email but I didn't see it so I am just writing a review here.”

“Yesterday while traveling home from the upper peninsula our car overheated. We called AAA and they connected us with Georges Body Shop. What could have been a bad day turned into such a positive experience! We were out in the middle of nowhere and the owner Lance personally drove out and brought us back to St. Ignas. He assured us that his mechanics would take care of us. Lance ordered a part to replace the water pump that burst and told us it that the part would come in the following morning. His staff was friendly and to my surprise the bathroom was clean unlike most automotive shops. Lance personally drove us to our hotel and the following morning his son picked us up from our hotel and our car was repaired and ready just as promised.”
