consistently gone very far down hill over the last couple years in mail delivery.in our tiny apt complex mail boxes are constantly left wide open so anything and everything thats inside gets ruined or things just never show up at all. - including today i found all my tax paperwork and state info i really needed, completely soaked and ruined to the point of falling apart when opened. its just complete lack of respect, care or concern for their job and everyones things.if you dont want to work or do your job correctly then dont be a mail man its very simple.

The worst post office I've ever dealt with. They rubber band mailboxes shut that they "think" are vacant. Our mail gets delivered weeks late. I applied for credit on a website and didn't receive my paperwork until a month later due to this irresponsible post office. I manage a MHP and I've had tenants complain that their mail never gets delivered. My girlfriend and I have spoken to them numerous times to address these issues and nothing has changed.

The Employees here really work hard to get us our mail. its part of our business. missing a package today and they were able to hunt it down . really helpful thanks Doug !!!!! and Ben !!!!

Great staff, very friendly, even when I arrived 3 minutes to closing, the entrance is off grand river, not Zimmer Rd., Zimmer is exit only.

They are nice enough people, and smaller post offices are convienent, but I always feel like I am being upcharged at this post office. It's almost like they are on commission. I have to repeatably ask, "is this the least expensive way for me to get this item where I want, how I want?" They always start at the highest price level of quickest speed and most insurance, and work down from there.
