First off, Michael is amazing. Knowledgable, kind, great for conversation, and just overall wonderful. Everything else is not super great, however. They sell some setups, but not the coils or pods for the setups. There's another girl that works there that is not very knowledgeable, and does not do customer service very well. The owner is not the best at communicating, and will give employees the wrong information, which overall disappoints customers. As far as I'm aware, he'll order setups because they are cheap and sell okay, but as soon as that sells out, he does not order any of the upkeep on them.I've purchased a mod from them, went home, and tried to turn it on. It was completely broken, and they did not offer a refund or an exchange.I was recently told another store had the pods I needed, and that the owner would be bringing them to our store the next day. When we arrived, he said that they didn't have them, and he needed to order them so they wouldn't be here until Sunday.Overall, it's a hassle coming here unless you are with Michael. I've been going to this place for nearly a year, but I'm having to turn elsewhere that has regular stock and more knowledgable employees. Don't bother buying anything but juices here, because if you're coming for mods, coils, or pods, you'll be sorely disappointed.

It's great to see that they're using some local brands!! Also has a wide variety definitely will be visiting More frequently!!! Needed to add this little note just stopped in recently and they have a new face to me Michael is truly incredible so kind so knowledgeable in his energy is truly incredible will be stopping in just to see that beautiful face!!!
