We had a great experience today! My daughter is autistic and Erin was kind and helped my daughter setup her checking and savings account! At first it was hard for Erin to understand my daughter but we got through the process. Overall it was a good experience.

Went in to transfer some money into my IRA account this afternoon. I was told they didn’t have enough people working. There were 3 employees, 3 customers inside and a one car in the drive thru. I asked if I needed to make an appointment and was told no, I would just have to come back another day. Am I supposed to guess when they have enough employees?

Waiting for change only, four people doing computer work and not waiting on customers in line. Never had this issue before, disappointing
