They always focus on doing the right movement and modifying the WOD (Work out of the day) as per your body/physical abilities. I started with the on boarding program and it really helped me understand the different movements and it also taught me about how I can scale an exercise to work my way up the ladder of fitness. Not to mention, all the folks in class are always kind and generous; making me want to show up every day and give it my best.”
