They had my car for nearly 10 weeks (april 5-june 12) just sitting on the lot as they keep working on other customers cars that keep coming in after... 9 weeks after my appointment date, I finally went and had the car towed to another shop. Two or three times called/went in and met with random excuses "waiting on a lift to open up". Never have had a shop that runs their business this way. Maybe it's okay for simple things, but man if it had been an emergency they would have screwed me. Instead it was just a huge inconvenience. I know they can do good work as friends and family have gotten work done over the years, but I will be telling everybody to AVOID from now on.

I called them to ask about replacing my rear view mirror after my father recommended them to me, and they couldn't have been more helpful. They were up front about what is involved in replacing the mirror, and the cost, and even let me know about a body shop that might be a more appropriate choice given what I needed done. I really appreciate that sort of honesty and kindness, and if I ever need to have my car fixed again I will definitely call them first.

Took my truck there three weeks ago, had them look at. They said they will call back me with an estimate. Never called back. I called and they didn't seem to remember or have my info. Never dealt with a auto repair shop like that. I'm glad it wasn't an emergency.

What can I say about the local business, the best!Had a low tire pressure, brought in had it checked, low temperature was the problem, owner said no charge and off you go! The best way to treat your local folks.Thank you and you have earned a customer for life!
