They were up front about what is involved in replacing the mirror, and the cost, and even let me know about a body shop that might be a more appropriate choice given what I needed done. I really appreciate that sort of honesty and kindness, and if I ever need to have my car fixed again I will definitely call them first.”

“Air conditioner failed in the 3500 ram took it to key diesel. They put a new one in the dash and also replace the heater core while they were in there at their suggestion made a lot of sense at home. Didn’t drive it for a little while and it did not cool it anymore Took it back. They said they’d take care of it and it took a little longer than they thought it would, and as it turns out, I believe that the new unit they put in the dash blew out the unit in the engine compartment, but because it took so long , and I had a problem getting a hold with my phone I think my phones issue they replaced it at no cost to me. I am so very grateful for that. I would take anything gas or diesel to them with no fear thanks, Matt.”
