“Molly, the vet tech at East Bay Animal Hospital was nothing short of amazing. The first time I called there she took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns regarding my dog. She was a book of knowledge. Her willingness to spend a significant amount of time and reassure me is what made me choose this place as my vet. A lot of times people rush you off the phone, but Molly made me feel like I was a priority even though we hadn't even been there yet. That kind of customer service you just can't find anymore. The vet Dr. Kim was super nice and knowledgeable too and they made me feel like I was the only patient in that hospital. Thanks for your awesome customer service and we're so happy you're our vet!”
