I have lived in Williamsburg for 38 years and therefore have been coming to this Gas station since I can remember...I don't think that I can give an accurate enough picture nor explain well enough how incredibly impressed I have been with the new manager, Elinor, and what she has done with this place. Although it has always been a favorite stop for me and my family, in recent years the place was going down hill fast...so when true north took over and Elinor stepped in my expectations weren't that high, if I'm being honest.......well let me tell you, the place whipped into shape and to my surprise was like an entire new gas station in a very short amount of time, Elinor and her team worked tirelessly getting this place into tip top shape and the best part of all, they haven't stopped! It's become a pleasure and a bright spot in my day to go there and somehow, and I don't know how, be impressed even more than I was the day before. Everyone is always so nice, speedy and efficient. The store is always so clean and stocked. The bathrooms are even clean every time I go in there which can't be easy, the outside always looks so nice and well maintained. As often as I go in there, I have never been dissatisfied, mistreated, or disappointed. The staff is always on top of their A game and when I get the pleasure of seeing Elinor she is always an absolute delight! I was a supervisor at Sara Lee for 58 years and it takes a lot to impress me, so believe me when I say that this manager and her team have truly gone above and beyond for this company and they have maintained it from the very beginning, never wavering...now that's impressive. These guys deserve so much praise and I hope that they get it because if I've ever seen a more deserving team, it's the team at this gas station. Personally I want to thank all of them for making my day every day I come there and they have become a the bright spot in my day...Thank you!!

Been going to this gas station for 6 years now. At first it was a real real mess. Now, that new manager they have has that place cleaned up really nice. Best ive ever seen this place is RIGHT NOW. Even has a clean restroom. Team Elinor!! Keep up the good work. As a customer, i see huge changes from the past. Keep up the good work.

I've always encountered such wonderful and kind employees here! One that really touched my heart though was Laurie. She is so wonderful and willing to help. Seems to love her job and her customers. She is the reason why I continue to go to this Shell even though I live pretty much all the way in Traverse City. Never met such a kind and sweet soul. I love those kinds of people. Keep up the good work you guys!! Much love!

Awesome customer service! My friend wanted some coffee and we asked if it was fresh and the very polite young lady named ,Jamie, informed us it was only made 18 minutes prior. Which surprised me, honestly, but was appreciated all the same. She held a very enjoyable conversation while my friend took an extremely long time to make a cup of coffee.

The cashier are really nice. The place is always clean. I would have given 5 stars except there has been many time they have been out of pint size regular milk. I buy them for to go with my lunch.
