Not only were both employees visibly high on drugs, they placed a clay/mud like substance on one of the subs we ordered (turkey flatbread). It is dark and gritty. My fiancée bit into the sub without seeing this and it was 100% not food. This is absolutely disgusting and we have pictures. Absolutely furious at the service at this store. We have always been kind to the employees because I’ve worked a service job before. This is not the first time we’ve noticed how high the employees are. We will not buy from this store again.

Great experience every time I go. Sandwiches made to perfection. Shoutout to Sam she always makes it a great experience even if we come in 10 minutes before they close.

Purchased a footlong pro (double meat) Great Garlic......of about a dozen subway restaurants (including Adrian, Dexter, Ann Arbor, Saline, Brighton, Tecumseh, Toledo)......this always means 8 pieces of bacon.I got 2. I asked them about this and pointed it out. I know that the subway website says "double protein" ....which I would expect means double ALL meat and double cheese.I was told at this store, this is how they make them. (Chintzy I guess )Also - same trip my daughter got a footlong ham and cheese and she stated the the meat portions were "Chintzy". She also thought she got very little cheese.I won't go back there - there are too many other subways nearby.

The food is Subway. Not much to say there. The kid who was single-handedly running the entire place was AMAZING.

The only issue I've had here was remedied immediately when I brought it to their attention. The workers here are always very nice to me. Never much of a wait even when the employees are swamped ?

I used to go to the in town south Lyon subway and in the last year it has gone down hill. This location actually cares and makes my orders not only correctly but they really seem to take pride. My son and I came in tonight 10/27/22 and the guys behind the counter were attentive, worked together and really made great food. Thanks guys.

I ordered online, because their was a BOGO 50% off coupon. I set the time I was going to pick it up, and 2 hours later I drove to the restaurant. It said online I needed to show the order#, so as I was walking in I opened the newest e-mail from Subway. They had cancelled my order. I asked the young lady behind the counter about it, and she said she knew nothing about it. It wasn't her fault. The young lady got immediately defensive about it. I never blamed her, I just asked about it. I also asked if I could use the online code, and she said no. I left and went home hungry I just wasted a 14 mile round trip for nothing, and when I tried to contact Subway online, I couldn't because they wanted the restaurant number and the online number is wrong. I will avoid this chain until they get their act together. Don't try to use any online coupons or orders. We seniors have to have faith and trust in a restaurant or we will avoid it. I have neither in Subway.
