In a moment of oversight, I accidentally ordered summer tires in December. However, the manager was astutely observant and caught this mistake, reaching out to me the day before my scheduled appointment. Despite the all-season tires being out of stock, the manager went above and beyond by contacting a local distributor to source the correct tires. Not only did he manage to order them for next-day delivery, but he also ensured my 10 o’clock appointment was kept as scheduled.The team at Costco Tire Center displayed remarkable flexibility and customer service by seamlessly switching out my tire order with no questions asked. Their dedication and effort to rectify the situation were nothing short of outstanding. This experience has truly set a high standard for customer service. This location is amazing! And the service is beyond wonderful! It is sad that I live 2 minutes from a location, yet have to drive an hour to get a decent Kroger.”

“My 7 year old son recently came down with Swimmer’s Ear; his prescription was sent over in the late evening by my pediatrician. I called to check status at 7:55 pm, and the pharmacy was closing. Instead of telling me I had to wait until tomorrow, the incredibly kind pharmacy workers told me to drive up, and they would get the script to me. My understanding is Swimmer’s Ear is quite painful; I am so appreciative that the pharmacy at CVS was willing to work past their long hours to serve my family. They were pleasant and understanding when I arrived ringing the drive through bell after hours. What an awesome group of service individuals.”

I have worked at many of them as a vendor and the employees at this cvs were always very nice and helpful. They still say hi to me years later. The managers are very nice especially Ryan, he makes this a great cvs. The pharmacy people have always been very helpful even though they are swamped with prescriptions. This cvs does not deserve to have this low of a rating. You may have to wait a minute for help but if you find them they are more than willing to help.”

“I am the Deli Lead now. Hours are posted on a bright yellow sign. I do my best to serve all of you, but these posts are all 6 months old, or older, so any issues faced were before my time. I've been here 6 weeks. Any issue you have, please let me know and it will be addressed. I cannot change open or closing times, but I CAN do my best to make sure you leave with what you came in for.Yes, we have been understaffed, but that is through circumstance and beyond our control. Any other issue you have, make me responsible for it. Cause if I'm not properly serving you guys, then im failing, and I need to find out where we should be doing better.”
