In a moment of oversight, I accidentally ordered summer tires in December. However, the manager was astutely observant and caught this mistake, reaching out to me the day before my scheduled appointment. Despite the all-season tires being out of stock, the manager went above and beyond by contacting a local distributor to source the correct tires. “My go-to grocery store near North Campus. The checkout lanes could be more efficient but I don’t blame the workers. Everything here is reasonably priced, and I find the store clean enough, unlike a lot of the negative comments. Maybe it would be helpful if we’re more patient and keep a low bar. It’s not a higher end store like Whole Foods after all, so don’t expect stellar organic items or customer service (although I do find the staff here helpful all the time).”

I have worked at many of them as a vendor and the employees at this cvs were always very nice and helpful. They still say hi to me years later. The managers are very nice especially Ryan, he makes this a great cvs. The pharmacy people have always been very helpful even though they are swamped with prescriptions. This cvs does not deserve to have this low of a rating. You may have to wait a minute for help but if you find them they are more than willing to help.”

“I am the Deli Lead now. Hours are posted on a bright yellow sign. I do my best to serve all of you, but these posts are all 6 months old, or older, so any issues faced were before my time. I've been here 6 weeks. Any issue you have, please let me know and it will be addressed. I cannot change open or closing times, but I CAN do my best to make sure you leave with what you came in for.Yes, we have been understaffed, but that is through circumstance and beyond our control. Any other issue you have, make me responsible for it. Cause if I'm not properly serving you guys, then im failing, and I need to find out where we should be doing better.”

“I transferred my prescriptions here from a nearby Walgreens after seeing that there was a huge difference in price using GoodRx coupons at RiteAid vs anywhere else. I was so pleasantly pleased with the service -- the transfer was seamless, the woman I worked with at the pharmacy was very nice, fast, and caring, and there were no lines. They even applied the GoodRx coupons without me asking as they looked up the pricing with my insurance vs GoodRx ahead of time and made a note of the big difference. I'm so glad I switched. I'll be coming here for all pharmacy needs for as long as I live in Ann Arbor.”
“It's not magic, you will have to wait for your meds, but the are polite, professional and caring for everyone. Don't be a Karen--demanding and rude--when your information is requested. They must legally have to to dispense. Don't yell at the techs, they cannot override the Pharmacist. You may be grumpy and sick or in pain, but that doesn't make them a punching bag for your big feelings. Grow up, be nice, be kind. Use your manners. Your lapsed script is your fault, not theirs.”
