As a fellow small business owner I can appreciate how hard it is on the daily to make it all work..... That being said, Paul is very busy and its hard to run a place by yourself, so be patient, he does good work and knows his way around a Corvette. Most mechanics today don't know what carburetors are. Give Paul a shot, but be realistic on how long its gonna take is my advice.
