Took our senior cat to see Dr. Griffith. Their service was prompt and all the staff we interacted with were super friendly and helpful. Our cat loved the attention and they handled him with care. Our cat's blood work lab results came back very quickly. Overall, we would highly recommend.

Griffith Veterinary Hospital is amazing and extremely responsive! Gabbi, in particular, handled a delicate situation like a true professional. She demonstrated true compassion and integrity, and I am so grateful for her. I highly recommend them for all your pets medical needs.

I'm a delivery driver, drove an order out for Alexis this morning to Griffith veterinary hospital (she's an employee). On my end I was receiving 7 dollars for the delivery, she included a note saying she would tip extra. She tipped 1 dollar extra for us to deliver her coffee all the way from the West side of Ann Arbor, to Whitmore Lake. I just wanted her to personally know, that I'm homeless and I'm trying to make an honest living. I held her coffee next to the heat vent the whole way there to make sure it didn't arrive cold. My vehicle isn't super gas efficient, so I placed my faith in humanity hoping she'd actually tip well since it was such a drive. My faith in humanity is at an all time low, I really hope she enjoyed her order. If she's the kind of person representing this business, I don't recommend them at all.

We had an unexpected injury, a tear in the skin from a stick or some other protruding object, and they fit us in for an exam and meds. Very nice staff, who fit us in, during a very busy and hectic day.

Dr. Griffith is a very caring vet who takes interest personally in your pets. It is so hard finding a vet these days and I was so glad I was able to get in here a couple years ago. Very happy with the care my pets have received.

I’ve been taking my two cats here since 2019 and would never go anywhere else. My orange kitty has an autoimmune disease and has issues arise often and out of nowhere. Dr Griffith has personally talked to me on the phone many times to voice her concerns and care when I call worried. She ALWAYS comes to talk to me after their appointments to go over even the smallest of details. That immediately puts me at ease. She squeezed me in today (Saturday) at 7:45am because the issue needed to be addressed asap. I called Thursday! She’s an incredible doctor and I trust her with my pets lives. The staff there is also fantastic. I pulled in this morning and the vet tech outside just smiled big and waved. I wish I knew her name! Everyone there is so compassionate and kind. I wish I could hug them all at once!

While we Love Barb and team (and the care they give our furbabies) the office is just so over booked we cannot get in for weeks at a time with our 3 dogs if they get sick. I called last month for one dogs due to a cough (she was coughing up green phlegm) and she couldn't be seen for 2 weeks so we went to another vet and it was a good thing we did, her bronchial tubes were inflamed and her lungs were a mess. I called again today due to a growth on our 14 year old and and once again she cannot be seen for 2 weeks. Unfortunately we hate to but we are transferring to another vet where we can at least go in with the dogs now too.

I searched reviews diligently and settled on this place, specifically Dr. Barb Griffith. Everyone seemed to just LOVE her. I had to wait a month for a feline spay appt but that's kind of how it is these days. On Aug. 21 I dropped her off with a tech. Picked her up later that afternoon. Never did talk with a doctor but I've had many cats, so knew what to expect. In the car her eyes were completely panicked...which is unusual, normally they are either mad at you...or so glad to see you. When we got home, she wouldn't leave the carrier, just trembled and cried. When I got her out, she COULD NOT STAND OR WALK...panicky, she began to thrash around. I was afraid for her incision, so crated her and immediately called vet office. "OH, ha ha ,that's normal...don't worry about it" I was told. I tried to impress upon them that this was NOT normal, she was in trouble! Assumed someone would get back to me and we'd return to clinic. Didn't happen. Called later that day...the person I spoke to seemed to be taking down my concerns. AGAIN, no callback! Tuesday morning I had gone out to feed the feral group and missed a call from Dr Griffith. It seemed to be a post surgical check in on Silky with apparently no awareness of my concerns the day before. I called right back but she was in "surgery " Again, I told the whole story, that she was in trouble. By this time, she could stand and walk with great difficulty. ..but some little improvement. Eating well, but in pain. NO CALL BACK!!Called again that afternoon..message taken sympathetically, no call back. It was during this call that I found out the surgery was not done by Dr Griffith, but a sub! As a new client, I should have been informed of this and given the opportunity to reschedule !In all over the course of the next day or two I made a number of calls and spoke to at least 4 people who each elected not to pass on the info to the doctor , is all I can think. On Thursday my last call got heated. I demanded she be seen! The best I could get was bring her in at 8 and DROP HER OFF. They'd try to do an X ray and I could pick her up later??? So, take it or leave it basically.Like I would ever leave her there alone again. So here we are, 2 weeks out, the baby is adjusting to having a permanent limp. Finances are an issue here, and I am reading reviews again for good, non corporate vets.

Accommodating staff...they were already fully booked when I called to get our new kitten in to be examined, but they made space and saw us the next day! Thanks Dr. Barb and staff!
